Great behaviour by all personel (polite and helpful). Very clean. Facilities that cover all basic needs for a long stay.

Breakfast and restaurant staff were amazing. The only problem is that I was assigned a handicap-accessible room with an unpleasant odor even I have status with Hyatt. However It is great hotel for its price.

The swimming pool is amazing.

Good hotel

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jahid, the kind gentleman who tidied my room during my stay. He has consistently been gracious and polite, always greeting me with a warm smile and asking if there’s anything he can assist with whenever we cross paths. Although I’ve rarely been in the room due to a full-on training schedule, his presence and professionalism have truly stood out.
I also want to express my deep appreciation to Samir, the Housekeeping Manager. I encountered him on my second day, seated near the business centre. When I approached the desk to ask for directions to the nearest store for essentials like soap, crackers, and milk, he didn’t just point me the way—he offered to personally drove me there. As someone visiting Jeddah for the first time and unfamiliar with the area, I was incredibly moved by his compassion and empathy. His thoughtful gesture went far beyond his duties and made me feel genuinely cared for. It was an act of kindness I won’t forget. Their dedication, warmth, and humanity reflect the highest standards of hospitality. I’m truly grateful.
I’d like to offer a small suggestion that could enhance the experience for guests using the fitness area. Considering that many of your visitors are international travelers who may be adjusting to different time zones, it might be helpful to install a visible clock in the gym. This simple addition would allow guests to better manage their workout schedules and stay mindful of time, especially when coordinating with training sessions or other commitments.

Exceptional hotel, well maintained with a lots of added features, including free laundry, swimming pool, gym and pool table. The staff are excellent and provide a service that goes beyond expectation. Shout out to Salahudin, Saddam and Shaheen.

Really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Overall, a great experience!

Breakfast selection is amazing and staff are super nice

I am a freuqent traveller and I would say It's a good hotel to stay, like a guest house. I stayed with family after Umrah to visit Jeddah for the first time. They had complimentary laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient.

What we did not like is we booked for 2 non smoking rooms but we were provided one room on smoking floor. So children had to stay in smoking room at a different floor. It was quite annoying. The bathroom door is too heavy to slide on. They need to work on it. They were very reluctant in joining beds as well. I believe a little more friendly service with guests would add more value to the property.

We were satisfied with the breakfast service. Specially the service provided by Mr. Saddam at the breakfast room was quite astonishing. He has very keen eyes and knows what a guest exactly need and provide it without even asking for it. He is a big asset for Hyatt and we wish him best of luck.

Comfortable stay

Well located, clean hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast could do with some improvement as there wasn't a lot of choice.

Wonderful place to spend time with family

We were very satisfied with the overall service. We asked for a different room, and they were able to accommodate us. They also offer a buffet breakfast. The breakfast food was excellent. I also like how you were able to make your own instant coffee.

Amazing staff - so welcoming with a smile. Loved coming down to breakfast and being greeted by all.
Great rooms, comfy bed, good shower. The pool was excellent on a hot summer's day.
Guest laundry was also very helpful.
Only downside was, i think we were on a smokers floor which wasn't great.
We had a kitchen in our room (as per booking). But no dishcloth, detergent or tea towel. After discussions with staff, we got a teatowel. Thank you for this.
