Beautiful hotel that accommodates pets and close to the beach. Very compassionate employees.
Pros:

Very compassionate about our needing a place for us and our cats after being under evacuation orders in our neighborhood. Parking and breakfast were comped for us, which was a huge help, under the stressful circumstances.

Cons:

We did not know that they would clean the room, given that we had a doorknob sign on our door alerting the cleaning staff to our pets. Therefore, when we returned to our room, both of our cats were hiding behind the curtains, scared. After asking at the front desk for clarification, they said that we would have been better served by placing the do not clean sign on the doorknob instead.

When I booked on Booking.. com app the room was $246 I added parking for 1 car at $45 and my final bill was $440. Definitely not worth it!

Beautiful rooms but pricey stay (food, parking, nightly rate).
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. Pool deck, Jacuzzi and fire are were also nice and relaxing to have. Market in lobby was stocked with most items.

Cons:

Breakfast was available but buffet was $35/person. I thought there was some sort of continental breakfast included in stay. Hotel guests also had to pay $45 to park and with a truck parking was difficult.

Pros:

The room was nice, and very spacious. The location is great, walking distance to the shoreline restaurants and bars and shops.

Cons:

The area has really taken a turn for the worse, unfortunately. That is not the hotels faul6t for sure, more like the State of California's fault. All of the money spent to help the homeless was money not very well spent for sure. Very sad to see such a nice area get ruined by this.

Cons:

I got charge for parking which it was not mention anything about it 45$ for a night so I paid 90$ for 2 nights plus tax and the all day pass parking right in front of the hotel was 14$ all day
