Sehr gute Lage - zentral, ruhig, gut erreichbar.
Schöne Aussicht, schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung, gutes Frühstück.

Wir werden wieder kommen! Tolles Haus und tolles Personal!
Pros:

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Haus Hanseat, dorthin wurden wir umgebucht.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und stets höflich. Sie Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Unschlagbare Lage! Leckeres Frühstück! Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Keller, ich nehme an, dadurch war der WLAN Empfang nicht wirklich gut.

Abends konnten wir somit erschwert TV Dienste streamen. Vielleicht ein WLAN Verstärker nutzen?

Good hotel with a nice sea view.
Pros:

I choose this hotel because of the sea view. However, there was a lot of snow on my window so that I couldn't see the sea from time to time, but if there was aview, it was marvellous! Staff is friendly and breakfast (buffet style) was great. But the second day I was the only guest and yhe hotel keeper asked me if she could give me an individual breakfast, that was also great.
The hotel was very quiet and close to the villAGE OF Unterland, where the shops, restaurants and Tourist Information are.

Cons:

Internet stopped from time to time in my room (third floor), but then I could have internet in the breakfast room.
There were no tea facilities, nor a fridge.

Matras was iets te dun voor mijn vrouw maar werd direct opgelost door Ina met een tweede matras erop👍👍 Topservice Ontbijt is eenvoudigmaar erg goed en alles wordt door Ina verzorgd, ook een toppertje

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Eine defekte Glühbirne wurde sofort getauscht und das Zimmer ist ist hell und freundlich.
Die Lage mit Blick auf die Düne ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber vermutlich für Helgoland typisch und somit war es für uns in Ordnung. Vielleicht einfach der Glastisch raus, der ist eigentlich nicht nötig und bietet dann die Option den Koffer dort hinzustellen oder den Stuhl weiter in die Ecke zu schieben
