Super Lage Top Hotel
Parkmöglichkeit doch ziemlich teuer
Hotel staff were very friendly, attentive, and hotel location excellent for closeness to Westlake Center (for airlink access /monorail to space needle) and good selection of surrounding restaurants. Pike Place market is approx 15 mins walk from the hotel. Loved the size of room, and decor. Bed was comfortable, and there was a Large TV in room, a fridge & coffee machine (but no kettle). Bathroom a generous size (but shower not very intuitive - had to call down to reception to ask for instructions on how to turn it on!). We used the luggage store on our last day (as we had a late flight), and the hotel staff made this very easy. Hotel has a restaurant for breakfast & dinner, but we didn't use (as we found cheaper options nearby)
Note: There is a lot of homelessness in Seattle, and whilst we didn't feel unsafe at any time, we were a bit wary walking around after dark (particularly around 3rd avenue) when going out for dinner.
The air conditioning in the room, although effective, was 'extremely loud' and made it difficult to sleep. We called down to the front desk who sent maintenance, but they confirmed that as the compressor is built into the room (barely 4 feet from the bed) there was nothing they could do to fix the noise. They offered to move us, but confirmed all rooms in the hotel would be the same. The hotel provided a small fan as an alternative, but this was ineffective, and didn't cool the room.
We were in room 1028, and just down the hall there is an ice machine/soda vending machine. Both machines also create noise which can be heard in the room (the ice machine particularly in the early hours kept us awake). We really liked the hotel, but these two things would prevent me from returning, or recommending unless you are a very heavy sleeper.
Also - one very minor annoyance - no hooks in the room to hang a wet coat.
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
I loved my room at The Sound Hotel. The decor and furniture setup were very inviting, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was nice and relaxing.
The hotel was conveniently located so I could walk to the sites I wanted to see as well as having a lot of cafe and restaurant options. I liked being able to stop in to rest between activities and/or to drop off purchases and not having that interrupt the flow of my day.
The staff were friendly and attentive. I didn’t have any issues or concerns but they preemptively checked in to make sure I had what I needed.
I would definitely stay here again!

The room was great
The Currant Restruant seved me a teribble meal. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I was very hungry so I try to eat it, but it was cold and not good.
The staff was very very helpful and friendly, we needed help with our luggage and they could arrange everything, hold for us for some time early and leave the luggage in our room before the check-in. Also, they helped us rapidly with a late checkout (paid half stay) and with the parking *they offer a private parking or you can park on the street in front of the hotel). The room is very comfortable and everything was very clean. Besides, the location is perfect, close to everything (walking distance)
nothing, everything was perfect
Great location and very quiet at night, Honestly I never leave reviews and i would say i would 100% book again with them. There were 0 cons which is super rare for a hotel in downtown cities. I requested a higher floor and they let us get the highest room they can offer. They even asked if we wanted room service at any time since our stay was only 3 nights since they regularly do room service every other day. It was wonderful. I’d recommend. Greg and Gustav are great staff!!
