Bu otelde daha önce de konaklamistim fakat bu sefer gördüğüm şey personelin muhtemelen müşteri doygunluğu veya çalışmaya şartlarından kaynaklanan sert ve nazik olmayan davranışları idi. Konaklami hotels üzerinden yaptım sanırım sistemsel hata ile kişi sayısı otele farklı yansımış o anda haberim oldu elbette ek kişi için ödememi yaptım fakat çözüm beni suçlar nitelikte değil de çok daha kibar ve güler yüzlü olabilirdi..Gerçekten hiç problem değil ama güler yüz tüm sorunları çözer..koskoca otel (ekstra kişinin oda parasını ödememe) ve oda için 3 kişi odenip 2 adet şu olması nedeniyle minibardan içilen 3. Su bedeli olan 45 TL nin hesabini yapmamalı bence...birdaha gelirmiyim tabi ki gelmem ama otelin umrunda mı tabi ki değil koskoca grup oteli asla musterisiz kalmaz. Sanırım bu sert ve misafir sevmez tavirlarida bu yüzdendir.
