Correct
Pros:

- Une literie de très bonne qualité
- La navette
- les jeux pour enfants au top

Cons:

-Très déçus par le manque de compassion face à une urgence qui nous a contraints à écourter notre séjour.

Aucun geste commercial, même exceptionnel : seules les taxes ont été remboursées, pas même les petits-déjeuners non consommés.

Les CGV n’empêchent pas un peu d’humanité. Une attitude assez scandaleuse pour un établissement de ce standing.

Excelente opción para viaje con niños
Pros:

El hotel es bonito. SUPER recomendable para viajar en familia con niños en época calurosa de verano. El calor es insoportable. El tener alberca ayuda mucho a que los niños aguanten. El personal muy amable, habitaciones modernas, limpias , comida muy buena. El hotel esta lejos del centro, ofrece servicio de Shuttle a algunos puntos céntricos previa reservación (de 1 día). Sin embargo no hay opciones cercanas de transporte público y los taxis son caros.

Cons:

La verdad todo excelente. El hotel es transparente acerca de la distancia al centro de la ciudad y ofrece opciones de traslado. Lo mas cómodo estarse moviendo en taxi, pero te peude implicar unos 60 euros por día aproximadamente la ida y regreso al hotel (carro pequeño).

Pros:

Newly renovated hotel with great rooms, fantastic bedding, great staff and plenty of amenities.

Great thing about the hotel is regular shuttle service to the coty center.

Would recomend.

Beautiful hotel, some small issues.
Pros:

We spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was stunning! It looks exactly as it does in the pictures and the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I would give the staff and hotel aesthetics 5 stars however it's important to note there really isn't anything nearby the hotel. It's in the middle of a busy motorway and not pedestrianised. The surrounding area outside of the hotel isn't pretty. The hotel address this by providing a free shuttle into the city and you forget about the road when you're in the hotel. There's a bus stop right outside of the hotel too. And the metro is a 15/20 minute walk, although not a very safe walking route.

We ate breakfast once in the hotel and it was very nice. It would have been good to have items like coffee restocked in the room and to offer milk, although they always allowed me to take some milk from the breakfast area. The mini bar never got very cold despite maintenance saying it was working. One day I returned to my room and the door hadn't been closed properly after it was cleaned. Also I'm sure it said in the hotel info that bedding is changed every 3 days although ours was not changed once.

The sunbeds/bali beds and pool were the reason we chose such a remote location. There's no way we would have survived in 40° heat without it and it was the right decision. There was always pool towels too. We relaxed and stayed cool by the pool during the day (no issues getting a sunbed) and did our sightseeing in the evenings.

I was disappointed the wet areas of the spa were closed as this was another reason I chose this hotel. The booking site or hotel never informed me of this beforehand and I was on their website and following their social media for months without seeing it highlighted. There was some noise from the renovations during the day, perhaps some relaxing music outside around the pool area would help?

If you're looking for an elegant, upmarket hotel away from the city and don't mind being a bit remote then this is a good choice.

Great hotel outside of busy downtown
Pros:

Cardo Roma was a great experience. Lovely staff who were very helpful. The hotel is out of busy down town. There is a shuttle if you need to go though. We took Freedom Now taxis ( which is just a taxi but with prefixed rates.) But if you want comfortable and relaxing stay Cardo is great!
