We had an amazing stay at the Cardo Roma Autograph Hotel. As a property manager in the hotel industry in America, I naturally pay close attention to the details when I travel, and I can honestly say that this property impressed me.

Everything about the hotel was thoughtfully done. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall property had a great atmosphere. The à la carte options and restaurant food were excellent and definitely some of the highlights of our stay.

Traveling with my son, I especially appreciated the family-friendly amenities. He absolutely loved the pool and the gaming area for kids, which gave him plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. The staff were also very hospitable, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

My only real complaint was that we did not have washcloths in the room at check-in. I requested them three separate times during the week, but unfortunately, housekeeping continued bringing us larger bath towels instead. It may simply have been an inventory issue, and I completely understand that things happen, especially in hospitality. Still, it was the one service detail that kept the stay from being a perfect 10/10.

Overall, this was an excellent hotel and a property I would happily recommend. From the cleanliness and food to the amenities and hospitality, Cardo Roma delivered a wonderful experience for our family. Definitely a property worth staying at when visiting Rome!

From the very beginning, choosing Cardo Roma felt like the right decision. Before I arrived, their guest ambassadors responded promptly and warmly to all of our questions and requests, which made me feel very happy and well taken care of even before arriving. Our check-in went smoothly, and our entire stay was truly wonderful. The hotel staff were always courteous and friendly, consistently offering attentive and high-quality service. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I genuinely felt valued and appreciated. The front desk team, housekeeping, concierge, security, and restaurant staff all showed heartfelt dedication, making sure we felt welcomed and well looked after. I was really impressed by the beautiful facilities. The rooms were spotless and modern, equipped with the latest technology—like direct charging for various gadgets, automatic window controls, fast internet, and TV channels that include YouTube and Netflix. These thoughtful features truly enhanced our experience at Cardo Roma. What made our stay even more special was when they remembered my birthday. They went above and beyond by preparing a lovely birthday card and special food and drink amenities right in our room. I am extremely grateful to all the wonderful staff for making our visit so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. If I had to rate our experience, I would give it a perfect 10 stars. Again, thank you, Cardo Roma, for a wonderful stay and experience with you! Our stay became very memorable and I won’t forget our positive experience.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cardo Roma and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our trip to Rome.

From the moment we arrived, we felt really well looked after. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make us feel special and genuinely took great care of us throughout our visit.

The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was excellent, and everything felt modern, clean and incredibly well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made such a difference to our experience.

After spending our days exploring Rome, it was lovely to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing hotel. The whole experience felt special from start to finish.

A huge thank you to everyone at Cardo Roma for helping make our first wedding anniversary so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return when we’re next in Rome. We’ll definitely be recommending Cardo Roma to friends and family.

En plus nous étions arrivé a 10h et nous avons pu avoir nos chambres de suite merci beaucoup, donc vraiment très bon choix , navette gratuite pour descendre au centre ville donc vraiment top, j'ai tout aimé je remercie aussi toute l'équipe et aussi une dame de la réception qui s'appelle Myriam et qui est au petit soin avec les clients, allez y les yeux fermés dans cet hôtel

We booked this hotel specifically for a family trip with our small children and informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive early. We understood that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but after a long journey, waiting more than six hours in the lobby with children was very uncomfortable. Nobody offered us a drink or explained the hotel facilities. Despite booking three rooms, we only received our keys around 3:45 PM. The reception also seemed understaffed, with usually only one or two people working.

Breakfast was quite basic, with limited bread choices and no fresh juice. At €27 if not booked in advance, we felt it was expensive, and we were also informed an additional €11 for pancakes on Week days. The restaurant menu could have more variety, especially considering the prices and limited dining options nearby.

On the positive side, our rooms were very clean, and the breakfast and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The whole team was polite and welcoming, and we really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the city centre.
We would also suggest improving the pool area and extending the opening hours during summer, as the middle of the day is often too hot to enjoy the pool.
Overall, we had some good experiences, but the check-in process and breakfast value could definitely be improved, especially for families with children.
