Did not do breakfast
Nice beds, clean rooms, great food and waterpark was awesome
Location is meh
Staff was kind, beds were soft and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Everything was like the photos, no surprises.
Quiet building, very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and the pool and water park are fantastic.
Front desk staff and concierge were not particularly friendly or helpful. It was disappointing to be told that car service to the airport was not available. For a hotel positioned near the airport that should be standard or the concierge should have options and be helpful.

Hotel was in a great location
We had a fairly noisy crew on our floor(4th) with a barking dog until quite late , but sometimes that can happen with other guests in a hotel
We like the location. The pool, the kids LOVE the pool. Love that they let pets to stay.
I didn’t know there was a breakfast area. I found out after I had ordered Starbucks to be delivered.
On a side note of letting pets to stay, there should be a garbage bin outside of the hotel for number 2’s. They have one but it’s inside the foyer which would be horrible if we had let it go there.
Location and restaurant was pretty good for hotel food
Noise patrons and groups coming in late at night woke me up more than once. Hotels should not have to remind people to have manners though
Breakfast wasn’t included, the location was good for what we needed it for.
