I am surprised that the hotel is open in that evacuation procedures in the event of a fire were terrible. Only one of three elevators were working, and the stairs to the bottom floor were locked in the ground floor pub. If a fire department represented were aware of the lack of fire egress protocol I'm sure the hotel would be closed down. Sheridan Cavilar better get there stuff together. OK hotel, terrible customer support.
