Great place. We knew what to expect, that's why we chose it for a staycation.

Cons:

My only note was that immediately after booking, I got a message that said "Pool and waterslide are for registered hotel guests only!" No "thanks for booking," or "looking forward to seeing you." I even agree with that policy for the pool, but it was a little jarring that that was my first communication with the hotel.

Pros:

The bestro breakfast our family order came out cold. We sent it back and 15min later same plates still cold.

Manager was snippy with us when I told her what's going on. Prob won't eat there again.

I like the location and everything it has to offer

Cons:

The heater in the room was so loud every time it kicked on it would wake us up, there was no hot water in the shower, lukewarm at best. Bathroom was really dark.
