All staff were outstanding!
Housekeeping was so very accommodating.
We requested a room close to the elevator and the selection was perfect!

Cons:

Considering the daily price of our room,
1. The quality of the TV picture should be improved as it was somewhat blurry.
2. While showering, the warm water would suddenly go cold.

I would definitely recommend the Sheraton.
Pros:

Especially liked & enjoyed everything we wanted & needed was under one roof. Enjoyed the large get together areas for visiting & playing cards with a coffee bar at the this area as well!!
Gluten free options was a main reason we stayed at the Sheraton. Also walking within other amenities was nice.
Hats off to the Staff for making our stay so nice!💐

Cons:

18% gratuity? Come on pay your staff better.
