No microwave in the room.
Breakfast should have signage with the price of the buffet. While having my breakfast, guests didn’t know they had to pay extra and there was no signage explaining.
My son's had an awards ceremony/ banquet there. I had to fly in frim NC last minute and decided to book at the same facility that the banquet was being held. Everything was wonderful.
I didn't not realize that the airport was so far, however I flew in to the airport that was close and had no issues. I did book thru booking and didn't realize that the fee that the hotel took would take such a long time to be credited back to my debit card. Going foward, I will present a credit card at check in and I will ask the exact amount. It took a week to have the funds refunded to my account.
The room was nice. Recently renovated. Niven was excellent. She really cared about us.
The hotel was under renovation so the lobby was in bad shape. The breakfast should have been complimentary. Not worth the price for the quality and a nice thank you the challenges of the renovation.

This hotel is not very enjoyable. The front desk people were consistently not even trying to be friendly, being transactional at best and rude at worst. No smile or small talk. The construction makes it even worse. Rooms are small and dated. The only thing I enjoyed was being able to open the window a bit to get some fresh air. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Beautiful rooms, kind staff.
We stayed in the remodeled King size room which was a very decent size. Bed is firm. Good pillows. The bathroom is tight. The toilet, sink, and shower are basically on top of eachother so no big movements in the bathroom but it was fine. Good full size bottle of lotion in the bathroom. Mini fridge was convenient. The floor was quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night. Room was impeccably clean.
Lobby and Entire hotel is under renovation. Hotel Rest.is very small
I was in newly renovated room verty aterile- lacks draw space. Steamer in the room instead of a traditional iron
This is wonderful hotel and I have stayed here at least one night for many years. It is 45 minutes from Boston-Logan and does not have a parking fee. The renovated room was great with nice floor finish, contemporary style, comfortable beds and pillows, nice toiletries in bathroom, a desk with chair which is a must. Would stay here for several more years to come.
