Pros:

Good clean room., nice amenities, particularly the fitness room.

Cons:

I love the fact that breakfast is served but the way the hot breakfast station is set up with the covers to fill your plate. As I was trying to hold the cover open the lid, with one hand and hold my plate with the other I had no way to get the food. I heard the same complaint from another women in the breakfast area.

Best of the best!
Pros:

We originally booked at another chain because we had points, but had to use points plus oop fee as well. When we arrived I realized we were at a property we had stayed with prior and was horrible.

We checked for something still in our budget and Chose Holiday Inn Express! It was like going from hotel hell to a resort quality location! The hotel was beautiful, the staff was incredible, the beds were fantastic. We stayed in a double queen with a pull out sofa. We were there to babysit grands so my Son who is station at Knob Noster AFB could have a nice date night. The room was the perfect size for Nana, Papa + 4 grands / aka cousins.

The pool was the highlight of the children's stay. It wore them out and they retired early! The breakfast was incredible and being included was budget friendly! The breakfast hosts were very kind when one grand had an oops with biscuits and gravy. They were gracious and cleaned up with a smile. We gladly tipped both hosts as well as tipped the housekeeping.

Being someone who has worked in hospitality as a side hustle most of my adult life I enjoy showing my gratitude monetarily for outstanding service. This location is now our go to location for this destination as well as destinations in the future.

Great Job Warrensburg team. We look forward to our next day at your location.

Pros:

I loved everything about it. I booked for the weekend with 5 grandkids, ages 2 to 8, so the swimming pool was a must when selecting.

Cons:

The swimming pool was not operable. After i got checked in, the gentleman apologized and let me know that I could load everyone up and take them across the street to Quality Inn. Although I appreciated the gesture, it would have been nice to be notified ahead of time. Or maybe even offered to send my reservation across the street to their sister company, Quality Inn.

Hotel is going down hill

My family always stays at this hotel so this trip was a disappointment to say the least. The plugs by the bed didn’t work, the A/C unit smelled of mold and my entire family woke up stuffy and sick feeling, the bathroom fan didn’t work. The TV in the room worked after playing with the plugs but if you adjusted it at all, the service went out again. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was alright. The coffee is watered down. I’m sad to see this hotel going down the drain as it was one of the last nice ones in Warrensburg.
