Pros:

This is a very small boutique hotel with limited facilities. The reception area is quite small with no real seating space, and the lift is small and slow. The rooms are compact and somewhat dark, although they do provide the basic necessities, including a fridge. The shower was good, but housekeeping could be improved. The TV did not work during my stay and its placement in the room was not very convenient.

Breakfast is very basic with limited choice, so those looking for a wider selection may be disappointed.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel is located down an alley, which can make it a little difficult to find on your first visit, but once you know where it is, getting there is straightforward.

Overall, the hotel is suitable if location is your main priority, but do not expect extensive facilities or spacious accommodations.

Wonderful stay. In the heart of Venice. Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location, staff were so helpful both before our trip and during. Beautiful communal balcony at breakfast and on the top floor to stand and look out at the Rialto bridge. Air conditioning was fantastic - much needed when it went to 30 degrees during our stay.

Cons:

Some of the furnishings were slightly worn but you can’t complain for the price and location.

Everything was at our own pace.
Pros:

The entrance was off the main route, but overlooked The Grand Canal

Veldig god service, hyggelig frokost og flott beliggenhet!
Pros:

Beliggenheten var super. Vi tok sjøbuss til Rialto og det var kort vei til hotellet. Rommene var stilige og dusjen nydelig.

Cons:

Vi hadde én natt hvor air condition ikke fungerte pga strømbrudd. Vi fikk god hjelp og neste dag fikk vi nytt rom.

La posizione di questo hotel è semplicemente straordinaria.
Affacciarsi e trovarsi nel cuore pulsante di Venezia, con i principali punti d'interesse e i vaporetti letteralmente a portata di mano, non ha prezzo.
Personale accogliente, professionale.
Consigliatissimo sia per chi visita Venezia per la prima volta, sia per chi ci ritorna e vuole vivere la città da una posizione privilegiata.

You’re paying for the location and the view
Pros:

Silvia at the front desk was wonderful and the location is fantastic!

Cons:

Room was fine and the advertised air conditioning was not nearly good enough. Curtains also did not keep the room dark.

Top hotel !
Pros:

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right near the rialto bridge and near main sights. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and very spacious! There is a balcony that you can step out to and see the beautiful view that everyone can access in the living area which we thought was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we had a later flight but they were happy to keep our luggage there for as long as we needed so we could enjoy our last few hours and that was the icing on top of all our experience! Thank you and we will definitely stay here again!
