L’emplacement était top pour la vue sur le pont du Rialto, mais avec les restaurants à proximités cela reste bruyant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Prévoir boules quies pour des nuits paisibles

I thought the rooms were all overlooking the canal. They are not, we had 3 rooms booked and were looking out at a building.. we upgraded one of the rooms for more money to have the view

Buona posizione della struttura
Pros:

Sul canal Grande e sotto al ponte di Rialto.
Ottima posizione, a poche centinaia di metri da piazza Dan Marco.
Struttura pulita e personale gentile.

Cons:

La colazione andrebbe migliorata: pochissima scelta e non ho amato che nella sala colazione ci fosse l’accesso a due camere.

החדר נקי, הצוות אדיב וקשוב לאורחים, ביקשתי ארוחת בוקר בקופסא לדרך וקיבלתי ועוד דאגו שלא אשכח, גם מטריה קיבלתי כי היה גשום, ארוחת בוקר טעימה.

Pros:

it was a particularly charming hotel, with incredibly kind staff, a great breakfast, all the facilities you could need and of great cleanliness. i was here for one night only, but i wish to return at the earliest possible convenience. it was very easy to get from the santa lucia train station and easily reachable even with luggage. overall, a most pleasant experience and an incredible hotel, especially considering the price of most hotels in Venice.

Really great location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and understated.
Pros:

Breakfast was sufficient for what I like as I don't like to eat so early but my husband, although managed with what was on offer likes a cooked breakfast, so we had what we would call a 'first sitting' and then went on to eat a proper full English breakfast elsewhere. There was fruit, croissants, bread for toasting, olives, yogurts, meats cereal and boiled eggs. They catered for his GF request and were greatly attentive. There is a COOP across the river so you could get a soya yogurt to have with the fruit they supplied if needed.

Cons:

Everything was great. No complaints at all. The staff were great, rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, which we could have done without. There was no note to hang on the door to tell them not to change the towels, that would be my only suggestion to save them and the environment :)
