Localização perfeita e conforto
Pros:

Localização excelente, muito próximo do Grand Canal e da Ponte Rialto, bom pequeno almoço, quarto pequeno mas com uma cama muito confortável.

Cons:

O ar condicionado poderia fazer mais fresco, estava demasiado calor... funcionava, mas se fosse possível controlar a temperatura em cada quarto, seria perfeito! Creio que deveria ser controlado a nível central.

L'hôtel était bien, mais les toilettes étaient trop proches du lavabo. Il n'y avait pas assez d'espace pour être à l'aise et poser les pieds correctement. Il y avait également un peu de poussière.

This is a very small boutique hotel with limited facilities. The reception area is quite small with no real seating space, and the lift is small and slow. The rooms are compact and somewhat dark, although they do provide the basic necessities, including a fridge. The shower was good, but housekeeping could be improved. The TV did not work during my stay and its placement in the room was not very convenient.

Breakfast is very basic with limited choice, so those looking for a wider selection may be disappointed.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel is located down an alley, which can make it a little difficult to find on your first visit, but once you know where it is, getting there is straightforward.

Overall, the hotel is suitable if location is your main priority, but do not expect extensive facilities or spacious accommodations.

Wonderful stay. In the heart of Venice. Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location, staff were so helpful both before our trip and during. Beautiful communal balcony at breakfast and on the top floor to stand and look out at the Rialto bridge. Air conditioning was fantastic - much needed when it went to 30 degrees during our stay.

Cons:

Some of the furnishings were slightly worn but you can’t complain for the price and location.

Veldig god service, hyggelig frokost og flott beliggenhet!
Pros:

Beliggenheten var super. Vi tok sjøbuss til Rialto og det var kort vei til hotellet. Rommene var stilige og dusjen nydelig.

Cons:

Vi hadde én natt hvor air condition ikke fungerte pga strømbrudd. Vi fikk god hjelp og neste dag fikk vi nytt rom.
