Pros:

החדר נקי, הצוות אדיב וקשוב לאורחים, ביקשתי ארוחת בוקר בקופסא לדרך וקיבלתי ועוד דאגו שלא אשכח, גם מטריה קיבלתי כי היה גשום, ארוחת בוקר טעימה.

Pros:

it was a particularly charming hotel, with incredibly kind staff, a great breakfast, all the facilities you could need and of great cleanliness. i was here for one night only, but i wish to return at the earliest possible convenience. it was very easy to get from the santa lucia train station and easily reachable even with luggage. overall, a most pleasant experience and an incredible hotel, especially considering the price of most hotels in Venice.

i loved everything, truly no complaints.

Really great location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and understated.
Pros:

Breakfast was sufficient for what I like as I don't like to eat so early but my husband, although managed with what was on offer likes a cooked breakfast, so we had what we would call a 'first sitting' and then went on to eat a proper full English breakfast elsewhere. There was fruit, croissants, bread for toasting, olives, yogurts, meats cereal and boiled eggs. They catered for his GF request and were greatly attentive. There is a COOP across the river so you could get a soya yogurt to have with the fruit they supplied if needed.

Cons:

Everything was great. No complaints at all. The staff were great, rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, which we could have done without. There was no note to hang on the door to tell them not to change the towels, that would be my only suggestion to save them and the environment :)

Im Großen und Ganzen gut
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück ist zwar klein aber sehr gut. Hotel ist modern ausgestattet, Zimmer sind gut. Nettes Personal beim Frühstück

Cons:

Das Hotelpersonal (Putzfrauen) macht ab 07:00 einen Lärm und schreien rum dass wir täglich dadurch geweckt wurden. Zimmer waren nicht 100% sauber. Wir hatten noch alte Flaschen vom Vorherigen hinter dem Bett liegen

Un très bon séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé au rapport qualité prix correct pour la période
Pros:

Un emplacement central et idéal. Une équipe très sympathique, avec une mention particulière pour Carolina ! Après une salle déjeuner avec une vue magnifique ainsi qu'un salon particulier. Nous avons un joli cadeau pour le 01/01 : une bouteille de Prosecco très bonne élaborée par le proprio !! Merci

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites et mériteraient d'être rénovées (peinture par exemple). Manque de chance, nous avions une chambre à cote de la salle du déjeuner : un peu bruyant le matin !

We had a great time exploring Venice from this nice hotel by the Rialto Bridge.
Pros:

Great base for exploring the beautiful city of Venice. The bed was very comfy, the room was an adequate size and had a pleasant, cosy feel to it. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was nice and if you’re early enough you can get a table with a nice view of the Rialto Bridge. The location was perfect, in the centre of Venice so never more than 20-30 mins’ walk from anywhere we wanted to go. The concierges were friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
