Amazing stay!
Pros:

Great spot. Close to everything you might need, very clean, loved the staff that were extremely helpful as we were with a small baby. Amazing all in all!

Clean and convenient for the bus station
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and very kind staff. Nice breakfast with good choice and options. We chose this place for its proximity to the bus station as we had a busy at 8 the next morning.

Cons:

Nothing really. The lighting was very bright in the room, but this wasn’t a major problem.

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast.
Pros:

The location is close to the bus terminal.

Cons:

We did not have an AC for the two nights that we stayed there due to malfunction. We were supplied witha small electric fan but not enough for the heat in the summer, we have to open the window and it was very noisy because it is located close to a major highway.

Cons:

On Booking.com, you described Hotel 9 as "a luxury boutique and design hotel." Unfortunately, my experience did not match this description. My "Standard" room (#7) booked through your Booking.com, located on the first floor, had a balcony and windows facing directly onto a pedestrian walkway and one of Zagreb's busiest avenues. The road consists of four traffic lanes with two tram tracks running through the middle, resulting in significant noise throughout the day and night. The hotel staff were very kind and professional and did their best to assist me. However, they were unable to offer a room facing a quieter area of the property. As a result, I decided to sacrify costs of staying for the second night and changed hotels due to this unacceptable level of noise and discomfort.
While the service was friendly and courteous, I do not believe that a room with these characteristics is consistent with the expectations of a luxury boutique hotel.
