Unfortunately the uncomfortable mattress and morning noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
Pros:

The room was clean and the location was decent, but unfortunately our stay was not very comfortable. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we did not sleep well at all.

The sound insulation is also very poor – starting from around 7 a.m. we could clearly hear people leaving for breakfast and doors slamming in the hallway.

Another disappointing point was the parking. The listing mentions underground parking, but when we arrived we were told to just leave the car around the corner on the street.

Overall the hotel was okay for one night, but the comfort level did not match our expectations.

Hotel 9 in Zagreb was a really pleasant surprise. The design is modern and stylish without feeling cold, and everything feels clean and thoughtfully arranged. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, which made it easy to relax after a day in the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fresh and nicely presented. Overall, it’s a small boutique hotel with a cozy atmosphere — I’d happily stay there again.

Pros:

Osoblje je svijetla točka ovog objekta.

Cons:

Objekt nema nikakvu zvučnu izolaciju, čuje se sve iz susjednih soba, kao i tramvaj iz vanka, kao i sve iz hodnika. Također soba je bila prljava, odnosno paučina iznad blende za rasvjetu iznad kreveta, stol pun prašine i mrvica ispod stakla. Krevet istrošen i nakon sjedanja na njega u donjem rubu nije se vratio u svoje stanje nego je ostala rupa. Papuče su bile neobično žute po rubovima iako je na njima bila nova vrpca.

Hezký a stylový hotel. Místy jde vidět, že má nejlepší za sebou (nábytek, vybavení) ale nic šílené
Pros:

Snídaně byla OK, za cenu ubytování bych čekal něco trochu víc extra, ale nejde si na nic stěžovat. Nic špatně, nic navíc.

Cons:

Parkování ve vlastní garáži je super, ale proces vjezdu trvá neuvěřitelně dlouho a s velkým autem bude extrémně komplikovaný

Very nice modern hotel next to the bus station
Pros:

Vert nice hotel - stayed just for one night because I wanted to be next to the bus station - perfect location for this. Lovely clean spacious room with helpful staff.

Cons:

Only thing missing was a desk & chair to do some work.
