Pros:

A great option for a budget stay in Istanbul. The rooms are clean and include a hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, internet, tea and coffee bags, a kettle, glasses, bottles of water, and a refrigerator.

Cons:

It's worth adjusting the plumbing in the shower and closing the huge gap in the front door, as this will result in a lack of sound insulation.

Super stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo polecam.
Pros:

Bardzo miły personel, Panowie codziennie uśmiechnięci pytali się czy czegoś nam nie brakuje- rewelacja. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia na parterze z pralką. Lokalizacja bardzo fajna, blisko do głównego deptaka, dwóch stacji metra oraz dużo gastronomii dookoła. Wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach.

Pros:

The staff are friendly and always around if you have any questions. The property was clean. I would say it was very good value for money. 15 minutes walk into Taxsim. Hot water always available. Heating was always on (I stayed in February).

Pros:

Хозяин связался с нами самостоятельно, прислал инструкцию по заселению, был очень добр и вежлив с нами, всегда на связи, отвечал почти моментально. Номер полностью оправдал ожидания, небольшой, но очень комфортный и чистый. Отель находится очень близко к Истикляль, однако в тихом закутке, шума с улицы было почти 0, в отеле тоже было тихо за исключением кратковременных ремонтных работ, о которых хозяин предупредил заблаговременно

Cons:

Мы сейчас говорим об отеле в низкой ценовой категории. Если бы цена была намного выше, я бы возможно смог написать бы здесь что-то, но в данном случае это совершенно неуместно, это потрясающий вариант по соотношению цены и качества

Personnel sympa, à l’écoute, localisation correcte, bon rapport qualité prix, mais l’odeur invivable surtout.

La localisation est dans un bon quartier tout à pied, rue un peu sombre mais on s’y fait

Cons:

L’odeur nauséabonde de canalisation durant tout le séjour, les travaux dans notre étage qui nous ont dérangé le matin.

Pros:

Good location, Has everything we needed. WiFi was good as we did a bit of work there on our laptops. Was able to leave our bags there for a few hours after checkout and came back later to pick up.

Die Ore Pera Suites sind sehr gut gelegen – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sicher und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung in Istanbul – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Excellent location, great rooms, wonderful host!
Pros:

I have only positive things to say about Ore Pera Suites! First of all, the location is fantastic - it's a 7-10 minute walk to the main tourist street, Istiklal, and 15 minutes to Taksim Square (which is handy for the metro, although Şişhane metro station is actually closer). The entrance is on a quiet side street with a great local store that supplies pretty much all your basic needs. The check-in process was easy, and everything was explained very clearly in case we arrived early (external door code, WiFi password, etc). Our room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, cosy and quiet at night, with an excellent bed and mattress, as well as a refrigerator, a kettle, a safe, a TV, air conditioning, a small table and chairs, a sizeable wardrobe, and plenty of surfaces to use - I even put in a few hours' work during our stay! Everything is stylish and in good taste - even the pictures on the walls in the corridors! The bathroom was very clean, and the shower had piping hot water with excellent pressure. All the bed linen and towels were in excellent condition and very clean. On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen space with a microwave oven and a full range of cooking utensils - we only made use of the corkscrew, but there is also a washing machine. The cost of this accommodation is extremely reasonable - for this price, we could only find hostels!!! The host, Yasin, is a wonderful man! He's extremely welcoming, positive and helpful. Any queries or requests we had were dealt with quickly and effectively, with tact and kindness. He allowed us to check in early at no extra cost, and to leave our bags at the accommodation after we had checked out, so that we could spend our last day walking around the city and then return to collect our luggage on the way to the airport. I highly recommend Ore Pera Suites to anyone travelling to Istanbul, and will only consider staying there when I travel to the city in future!

Cons:

The only thing that guests should be aware of is that there is no elevator, so it might be difficult to carry heavy bags upstairs. On the other hand, Yasin kindly offered several times to help us take our bags up to the 4th floor when we were checking in.
