Pros:

Очень приветливый хозяин. В комнате очень вкусно пахло. Кровать была удобная. Все понравилось. Отсутствие лифта не смутило, я была к этому готова. Советую к посещению)

Gute Unterkunft mit Geruchs-Makel
Pros:

Zimmer beinhaltet alles was man braucht, ist gut gelegen und man hat mit Code und Schlüssel Tag und Nacht Zugang. Man kann dadurch auch das Gepäck vor Ort lassen. Es gibt innerhalb weniger Gehminuten jede Menge Infrastruktur.
Der Besitzer (?) war sehr nett und hat mich bei meinen Anliegen versucht zu unterstützen.
Die Fenster dichten recht gut, daher ist es auch ziemlich leise.

Cons:

Der Knackpunkt war für mich das Bad, warum meine Zufriedenheit massiv eingeschränkt war. Hatte die erste Nacht die Fenster zu und als ich Nachts auf die Toilette ging, hat mich der 'Duft' beinahe umgehauen. Es war für mich ein sehr intensiver unerträglicher Gestank. Die folgenden Tage habe ich die Tür Tag und Nacht offen gelassen, dadurch mussten auch die Fenster offen bleiben, was dazu geführt hat, dass mehrere Moscheen hörbar waren (habe um 22:37 Uhr die letzte und um ca. 4:30 Uhr die ersten Gesänge gehört) und auch die Vögel, die dort recht zahlreich sein dürften.
War jetzt nicht schlimm, aber just for info: der Ausblick war großteils auf andere Häuserdächer.

clean and comfy place at a great location with lovely staff
Pros:

everything was clean, the room was pleasent, the mattress is comfy, we had a little balcony and tavle with chairs to eat at. the staff was super helpful and nice, helped with any questions we had. we stayed for a week and i asked them for some clean sheets after a few days, instead they cleaned the whole room and bathroom for us, changed the bed and got a new set of clean towels, which was really nice of them. they booked us taxi for the way to the airport in the morning. absolute nicest people. the location is great, the area is safe during the nights as well, close to many restaurants, sightseeing spots, bus stops. there is a nonstop shop a few meters away, the people there were extra nice too! loved them. its instanbul so get ready that it is busy around yet the rooms were quiet at night, with AC+fridge. there is a kitchen to use with basic equipment, but there are so many cheap little restaurants around, you wont need it.

War sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön. Es war fast alles im Top Zustand. Sehr hübsch eingefichtet und sehr bequeme Betten. Das Badezimmer war von der Grösse perfekt und bis auf Kleinigkeiten (nichts störendes) in einem guten Zustannd.
Das Checkin/Checkout war jeder Zeit möglich und verlief einfach und unkompliziert.

Ausserdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und fragte bei jeder Begegnung ob alles okay wäre und ich mich melden könne, wenn ich etwas benötige oder ein Problem hätte.

Das Hotel lag ca 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt. Dadurch hatte man Ruhe zum schlafen und entspannen. Trozdem war man inner schneller Zeit im Zentrum.

2 Wasserflaschen standen alle 3 Tage zur verügung. Würde gerne wiederkommen.

Cons:

Es gab nur wenige Punkte, die aber wirklich kaum sehr störend waren.

- Unter dem Bett war sehr viel Staub und Haare, welcher es manchmal hervorwehte mit den Wind der Klimasnlage.

- Bei der Klospülung kam immer nur wenig Wasser heraus. Der einte Seifenspender ging nicht

- Es war etwas ringhörig. Ich habe die oben an mir gehört, muss aber auch zugeben, dass die generell schon sehr laut waren und da kann das Hotel eigentlich nichts dafür.

Pros:

Очень чистый аккуратный номер. Приятный персонал, спрашивают нужно ли что-то. В номере есть чайник, чай, кружки, 2 бутылочки воды. Чистые полотенца, одноразовые тапочки. Приятное чистое постельное белье. Рядом есть хороший магазин. Для кого-то возможно минус, что крутые лестницы и высоко подниматься, но для меня это не было проблемой. И был вид на стену, но об этом изначально было написано, поэтому удивлением и проблемой не было. За окнами голуби летают.

Cons:

Когда читала отзывы, то знала, что находится за поворотом от оживленной улицы. Пока пребывала там, то отключали свет на районе после 22 часов, так что роли не сыграло.

Pros:

The hotel is located in an excellent area, Taksim Square is only about a 10-minute walk away, while Galata can be reached in around 15–20 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop very close to the hotel, making transportation around the city easy and convenient. Karaköy Port is also reachable by walking in approximately 20–30 minutes, although the buses passing right next to the hotel make getting around even more comfortable. The cleanliness was decent, and the staff was always responsive, helpful, and available whenever needed. Overall, the hotel is a very convenient choice for both tourists and anyone wanting easy access to the city’s main attractions. If I visit Istanbul again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Great value for money and very hospitable staff
Pros:

Clean and hospitable place and very near to multiple transportation stations which made going to any place in istanbul easy.
Yasin responded all the time to all our queries and checked our concerns.
The room is small but great value for money in istanbul where you need a comfort rest and good facilities to use.
Staff is hospitable and welcoming.
No noise while sleeping and near a lot of markets, restaurants and pharmacies and near Istiklal Street and Taksim.

Great Stay
Pros:

It is very clean and lovely. With such a price and being so close to tourist attractions, I have nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly, and I feel safe and comfortable staying here. The host is also very responsive and easy-going.

Cons:

If possible, try asking for a lower floor if you have large luggage. We stayed on the 4th floor, OMG! Other than that, the place is good to stay at. It is just a bit inconvenient to only have one plug on one side of the bed, and the room wasn’t that big, but those weren’t major issues.

PS: Please try not to walk to the hotel from seaside as Google Maps suggests: take the bus instead! The slope leading to the hotel is crazy steep and definitely not suitable for heavy suitcases.

Well equipped room
Pros:

Spacious and well equipped room with kettle and additional table/chairs, located a short walk away from the city centre

Cons:

Some bathroom maintenance would be beneficial as some mould was noted in the shower and the bathroom had no extraction fan which would help with humidity

Awesome
Pros:

Good location and good value- fruit market down the road, plenty of mini supermarkets and food places nearby, mosque nearby, tourist area nearby and Taksim square is a 25ish minute walk away. The owner(s?) were both very kind and friendly and carried our bags up the stairs and we got extra items for the room (coffee/toilet paper) right away which was awesome. Highly recommend, thanks so much 🙏🏼
