Place needs some TLC
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, but that’s about the extent of the positive experience. The seal on the shower door needed replaced years ago and so water literally covered the entire bathroom floor for a 5 minute shower. The hotel says they have AC, but ours never worked. I understand the summer months are especially hot but the temperature in the room never even cooled off at night, hovering around 23 Celsius at all times day or night. The bed was like sleeping on boards and bed comfort is unique to every person, but when combined with the overly warm room temperatures at night it just made getting some good sleep impossible.

Pros:

BUENA UBICACIÓN. Buena atención del personal. Hotel confortable. Muy buen desayuno. Rapido check-in y personal muy atento para ayudar. Recomendable. A 50 metros hay un restaurante español que se come exquisito. No dejen de ir.

Cons:

No tienen buen aire acondicionado. Quizá las altas temperaturas del verano no ayudaron a una estadía mas confortable.

Excellent choice near train station
Pros:

A lovely small hotel in an excellent location very near the station. A warm welcome from Teddy at reception who was extremely helpful, the early check in and the use of the Swiss adapter was much appreciated. Lovely corner room in a quiet spot, I’d emailed in advance and they acknowledged this, this must be applauded as often ignored. Room very clean, modern and quiet, great shower. Breakfast looked small but they had some of everything and was really nice.

Highly recommended for a city break
Pros:

Lovely hotel in an excellent location with very friendly team on hand to help. Also . very comfortable room with excellent facilities and good breakfast choices.

Gem of a hotel in a mixed location
Pros:

The room was very quiet - we did not hear neighbors in any direction. Delightful and rare experience. Modern, calm design and super clean.

Cons:

While the location is central and very easy to get to the train station and lake, walk around the corner in one direction, and you encounter ladies of the night on the street corner, in the afternoon. This can be avoided by walking in a different direction, but was surprising at first. (There are also strip clubs and shops, cafes with only men sitting at the tables outside, in this area). Ask reception "what is the nicest way to walk to the lake from here" and they will probably steer you in the better direction.
