good for off-season expectations!
Pros:

The only complaints I have about this property has to do with it being off-season, our convention and hotel upgrades happening at same time, and them switching years ago from an indoor pool to an outdoor pool.

I'm interested in coming back in-season to see them in their best light.

Pros:

Shawn and Tim were awesome at the bars!! We also met a lot of other nice employees that were here working for the summer and they were all lovely. One front desk employee was very rude when I called down one day about housekeeping needs. She kept saying..mmmm hmmmmm, mmmmm hmmmm over and over instead actually using words like...yes, of course, we will take care of that you, etc. Entire property was always very clean and tidy. We constantly saw people cleaning inside and out. There were too many weddings at oke time during our stay and it was just a mess.

I like the location and convenience to restaurants and stores. The staff is very friendly and restaurant next to the hotel the food was awesome. The room was clean

Cons:

I didn’t like the smell inside my room and the ice machine room on the 3rd floor had water running all over the floor it had a terrible rotten egg smell. The soda machine didn’t work. There was no microwave in the room. Suggest This is 2025 every room should’ve had a microwave and refrigerator and aroma fragrance. I had to go by air freshener to get rid of the smell it was that bad.

We did otherwise enjoy the hotel, room was very spacious! Loved the location!!
Pros:

Liked how the room was layed out. We asked for 2 queen beds and only had one and. Sofa bed. Liked the view as well , we were able to see the ocean from our window room 420.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room had a lot of nats and ants that bothered both dogs.Was very unhappy about that. Didn’t complain because the place was booked up for the weekend bands. Room 420 need to look at the air conditioner that the grill on the outside was covered in dust and dust balls that is not healthy!!

Disappointed with restaurant. All other staff was friendly.
Pros:

Room updating was good. Restaurant is understaffed and they refuse to seat customers, even with seating available. They should provide a self service coffee bar, ask customer to be patient .

Just a place to stay but updates needed
Pros:

Please is decent but iit is n need of renovations to the rooms and bathrooms. This would make the experience more enjoyable and memorable for guests. My stay was not.
