Buena ubicación, descanso comprometido
Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda, a unos pasos, literalmente, de la plaza mayor y todo el centro de Salamanca.
La cama era cómoda y la limpieza muy cuidada. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas un par de horas antes de la hora a la que se puede acceder al alojamiento.
Hasta el momento de la entrada toda la comunicación fue clara y rápida.
Detalles como cepillo de dientes, café, infusiones...se agradece que estén tan cuidados.

Cons:

Justo debajo de las ventanas de la habitación hay varios bares con terraza y un parque. Hasta bien entrada la noche (más de las tres de la madrugada) hay gente y barullo con lo que el descanso es complicado.
No hay ventilación suficiente para evitar la acumulación de humedad por el uso de la ducha y el baño que está dentro de la habitación, es decir, integrado.
El secador de pelo pesa muchísimo y hay que estar continuamente apretando el botón de encendido para que funcione, si tienes el pelo corto ok, si lo tienes largo como es mi caso ese día no te hará falta hacer brazo en el gimnasio.
Tuve la mala suerte de dejarme dentro de la habitación el móvil con lo que no tenía acceso a los códigos de apertura de las puertas (porque todo te lo mandan por WhatsApp) con el teléfono de mi pareja estuve más de 40 minutos llamando y mandando mensajes para que me lo facilitaran hasta que me contestaron el teléfono.
Ellos indican que la atención es 24 horas.

Très agréable séjour dans une ville magnifique et accessible

Très bonne situation sur une place très agréable calme et vraiment à deux pas de la Plaza Mayor
Parking très pratique quand on est en centre ville

Pros:

Comfortable bed, central location.

Cons:

It was very noisy - party central still going at 2:30am. Double glazing wasn’t helpful!
The shower cube was bizarre - as a married couple it was ok but would not have been suitable if travelling with a friend.
The steps at each side of the bed were also an unusual feature.

Noisy from bars outside til 2am. Beds not the most comfy but being very picky. Directions to car park not the easiest to get to.

Amador muy atento por WhatsApp. Pese a no estar presente, era como si lo estuviera, proactivo para el envío de códigos y disponible ante cualquier duda. Respuesta muy rápida.

La habitación amplia, limpia y además tenía kitchenette.

La ubicación excelente.

El desayuno se sirve en una cafetería al lado del hotel y la verdad, muy bien café y tostada de jamón.

Sin duda, repetiríamos!

Pros:

La ubicacion y la limpieza.

Cons:

Las paredes de cristal en la ducha e inodoro, no permiten nada de intimidad.
Solo habia una llave para los dos, muy incomodo.
