The Norwegian America Line’s venerable headquarters opened their doors in 1919. With an old building comes responsibility with maintenance and rehabilitation, that is why we are now doing rehabilitation on our roof and facade. The rehabilitation will continue until July 2023, and there might be some noise during the daytime. All outlets and services are still open as normal. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Accueil, et des notre arrivée, ils ont souhaite un joyeux anniversaire à mon époux.
Hotel tres tres bien placé, chambre avec super vue et tout ce qu il faut, expresso !!! Et tous les soirs, des petits gateaux...super petit dejeuner et un personnel tres gentil même si on ne parle pas anglais, ils font le maximun pour répondre à nos questions. Café, thé mis à dispo pour les departs tôt. On n a pas regretté notre séjour !!!!

Very convenient to the train station
The location was incredible, just a short walk from the train station which connects you to everywhere. It is also well placed for walking to anywhere in the city centre. The hotel is impressive, in its history and its quality. The staff were so friendly, we especially liked the lady who attended to our room each day. Our room was fabulous, with such a comfortable bed. We went to the jazz club, which was amazing. We dined twice at the restaurant which was also excellent. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Das Bad ist etwas eng. Die Toilette ist quasi direkt vor dem Waschbecken. Die Dusche ist dagegen sehr gut.

The noice from the construction every day at 8 am, very annoying. This I think should be warned at the moment of the reservation, it is not fair to find this as a surprise

good location, close to train and trams. 5 min walk to harbor as well as shopping district. Room was great and big. Gym was good for a basic workout and the sauna was big. Breakfast was excellent and the bar was a nice spot for a drink.

This hotel was quite nice but not exceptional. It’s within an easy 20 min walk to many major sights(Munch museum,akershus, etc). It is right across from train station. There are numerous restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was nicely done. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room size was fine. Room was a bit warm with inadequate cooling options. Property looks a little tired. We were overall satisfied with our stay but felt property didn’t quite live up to price charged
What a beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are amazing, the breakfast is delicious and it’s convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the train station, bus station, the Opera house, great restaurants. Awesome shopping and close to the hop on hop off bus. It was very clean and safe. We lived the hotel and definitely where it was located,
