Lovely apartment, constant traffic and road noise was disappointing
Pros:

Lovely, clean apartment with all amenities needed for comfortable stay. Friendly and accommodating staff

Cons:

Sadly, unit and bedrooms were on a very busy road with constant traffic noise that affected our stay.

Overall good and comfortable for a family.
Pros:

It is clean and overall easy to access

Cons:

The air conditioner and washing machine are a little noisy. And the sound insulation is not working so well. We can hear people talk at the other rooms.

Cons:

No sheets for hide a bed. Hubby 6 ft 8 inches and bed only queen. He slept on pull out and I slept in bed. Otherwise great suite

Great location, walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants. Check-in was easy, staff were super friendly.
Pros:

Great location, easy check-in, free parking

Cons:

The washer/dryer is tiny and takes a very long time to wash and dry.

Great stay!
Pros:

The room was extremely clean, bright and spacious. Location was perfect. Check in/registration couldn’t have been better. Staff that we spoke to were very pleasant! Stayed due to our infant having surgery at Victoria general and the surprise upgrade to the penthouse suite was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

I did see the odd silverfish in the bathroom.

Staff is great. Friendly and will try to accommodate early check in and any questions that might arise.
