The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and pretty visuals.

Cons:

I had a problem with my booking. I've booked through Booking.com for the past 12 years at this same time each year. Five days and four nights. Somehow they messed up my reservation this time and I ended up with an ocean view rooms instead of an oceanfront room. Actually I had 2 rooms reserved. This is the first time I've had more than 1 guest with me. I was extremely disappointed & somewhat embarrassed. I contacted booking.com and they said they were going to try to get my rooms switched. It never happened. Also the AC unit was leaking in one of the rooms. I reported it Thursday, but it never got fixed. I was more disappointed with Booking.com than Sheraton.

Comfortable Beach Front Hotel
Pros:

Reserved a room with some hesitation due to the lower ratings compared to other nearby Marriott properties but took a chance based on the Sheraton name and its beachfront location. We ended up with a beachfront and pool view room that was very comfortable. The bed was just right and there were even two bottles of water (not every hotel includes these). The only detractors were a few cosmetic items that need maintenance and the thermostat. It is dated and we had some challenges adjusting the temperature or even shutting off the somewhat noisy HVAC system. Overall, the experience was nice, even including the reasonably priced self-parking across the street in a local garage.

The worst choice I ever made to stay at this hotel
Pros:

Nothing at all this property overcharged and provided shitty service I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to stay at this place

Cons:

Had us waiting for 2 hours standing outside in 99 degrees sweating because our room wasn’t ready and day before I called them to make sure our room will be ready at arrival time when we arrived at property at 4 Pm they told us 10-15 minutes your room will be ready and made us wait for 2,5 hours we checked in at 6:23 PM and the stuff was so rude give us totally different room than we booked and didn’t want to refund us any compensation plus the cleaning room service is insane I stayed 6 nights we didn’t have a one time that they cleaned in our room

We really liked the hotel's location, its cleanliness, and the very friendly staff.

Cons:

I didn't like that the room wasn't ready until almost an hour after check-in. There weren't enough supplies for the five of us—for example, there weren't enough sheets, coffee, or bathroom soap—and what I found most unacceptable was that the room reservation was charged to my account twice.
