Muong Thanh Luxury Khanh Hoa Hotel

Excellent stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially My at the restaurant; Phuong, Loc, Vinh and Mr. Chi at front desk (le tan). Hotel is clean and has all needed amenities. The housekeeping staff is also good. Excellent location with the beach across the street and the river in the back.
We will stay here again the next time we come to Nha Trang.

I chose the hotel because it had high ratings online and a good price. When I arrived, it was truly amazing – everything was perfect. The lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and Phuong at the front desk was beautiful and warm. The room had a panoramic sea view. If I have the chance to visit Vietnam again, I will definitely stay here

Great location near the bay / bridge area. Hope more shops in lower level.

I have been to this Muong Thanh Hotel Location since 2020. As of 2025, this hotel is totally Down Graded. Breakfast is to a Basic, Reception Front desk Check out takes longer. Room Booking Service try to surcharge, and charge before we arrive. Everything in the hotel now is down graded to a Basic of a 4 Star maybe. No air Condition turn on any where in hotel including restaurant except for hotel room. I don,t know if they try to save money or destroy their brand Muong Thanh Hotel.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ nhưng mền gối có mùi ẩm ướt.
Phòng view biển nhưng thực ra chỉ là partial view, góc còn lại là một bãi công trường nhìn rất chướng mắt.
Nhà hàng ăn sáng là kém nhất trong các dịch vụ. Thức ăn nghèo nàn, không ngon, luôn trong tình trạng hết, phải chờ bổ sung rất lâu.
Lối vào hầm giữ xe gây ức chế và khó xử lý vì ngay góc ngã 3, gây bối rối cho tài xế khi đèn giao thông chuyển màu đỏ.

I'm a buisness man who very much values our once a year holiday and wants/expects comfort and good service for my family when in a 5* hotel. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel, and to be honest from the very start I very much love the place, but thats not going to stop me from completing a fair and honest review of our stay.

*The good bits*
-The hotel is in a great position with amazing views.
-The breakfast and waiting staff were just wonderful, special praise must go to Miss My, Miss Diem and Miss Tram for their amazing service and friendliness.
-Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff even set up a children's slide in the room for my daughter.
-The daily room service quality was excellent.

*The not so good bits*
-OK so now the not so good bits, sadly we initially found the ground floor reception, lobby and security staff to be quite surley, unhelpful, and were even rude to a family member.
-One everning a car was allowed to be parked unattended right accross the lobby area blocking the exit, this forcing myself and 5 year old child to struggle through extremely heavy rain to enter our taxi, with not a single staff member attempting to assist/help or even offer us an unbrella. This very much made me feel disappointed and is really not what I'd expect from a 5* hotel.
After we complained, things did change very much for the better, and the ground floor staff became much more helpful and polite.

I do very much like this hotel and would still recommend it. But the managers need to reset their service ethics/values for the reception, security, and lobby staff.

Stayed in the Deluxe king for 2 days. Excellent value for your money. Highly recommend giving them a shot if you want to stay somewhere nicer without paying too much. Booked through Agoda and got a good deal. Rooms were well maintained and the included breakfast buffet had a good selection. The Sunday breakfast was excellent. Kids enjoyed the pool and there is a nice Highland coffee in the lobby. Great location also.

Besides being kept waiting 60ms for checking (due to checking out late), things are fine. Morning buffet are crowded in at weekend, recomended to come early. The beach nearby is not beautiful, the more beautiful one requires a 300-400m walk from the hotel.

The hotel’s clean and spacious. It’s close enough to walk or ride scooter to the center, but far enough from the noisy bars/clubs that annoy you at night. The staff are friendly. The hotel manager is helpful and professional. We have a good time here ☺️

Feel the friendliness of Vietnamese people through the staff here. The receptionist named Phuong asked about me every day. As soon as you step through the lobby, you will always be greeted by staff. Staff Huy guided me to famous local restaurants. I really like Vietnamese pho, like their friendly fun..Thank you here for giving me a wonderful stay

The room is spacious and the ocean view is great. The morning breakfast is fantastic with many choices, and the staff were very attentive and take good care of guest, especially one named miss my who can communicate well with decent english.

Muong thanh luxury hotel offered one of the best breakfast buffet, and I'm very satisfied with the room that we got which boasted a mix of ocean and city's views. The staffs (My, Ngo, and Mai) are wonderful and tried their best to accommodate everything I needs. Would definitely comeback if I'm visiting Nha Trang!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind, helping us. I'm not good at English but you guys still help me. When I checked in, receptionists Phuong and Mai helped me translate the language and then went to the room. I really like it here. Thankssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Best staff ever!!! I really never felt so welcomed in a hotel, like here in Nha Trang. All the staff members were so kind and helpful. Especially Peter made me feel like home. Also the location of the hotel is great and the view is amazing. The only thing what I don’t understand is, why they switch of the air con during the day for several hours…that’s a no-go for a five star hotel!!!

방이 넓었고 넷플릭스 시청이 가능했습니다. 전망도 좋고 전체적으로 만족합니다.

朝食のブッフェを楽しみにしていたのですが、メニューから選択する朝食だったのが残念でした。
他は素晴らしいホテルでした。

조용하고 청결해서 만족합니다.

해변을 바라보면 저절로 힐링되네요.
