Pros:

親切的員工是讓我每年都想來的最大原因，好吃的晚餐和welcome drink更是讓人捨不得離開～

Cons:

這次剛好遇到抽濃菸的客人把整個旅館走廊都弄得臭味瀰漫，電梯前的小小空氣清淨機也改善不了，旅館可能得想想看怎麼應對這種偶發狀況。

食と体を休めることに最高のホテルです。
Pros:

朝食がとても良かったのと、ベットの寝心地が良く、枕の硬さが2種類あるのが良かったです。朝食はサラダやパンは何種類かあって選ぶ楽しみがあり、スクランブルエッグやウインナー、ベーコン、コロッケ、ビーフシチュー、スプーカレーそれにラーメン、デザートも何種類かあり、どれも美味しくて欲張ってしまいそうでした。味付けも濃すぎず個人的には丁度良いと感じました。とても美味しかったです。牛乳も3種類用意されていて飲み比べができる様になっていました。
パンやデザートも小さめに用意されているので、食べ比べるのも楽しいと思います。
部屋ではベットが２つとソファーが１つで、広さはゆとりもあり2人で過ごすにはゆったりしていると感じました。洗面台やシャワー室、トイレも綺麗でした。ベットは硬すぎないし、枕も好きな硬さの方を選んで、ちゃんと眠れました。大浴場もあまり混んでいなくて、お湯に浸かって癒されました。脱衣場も綺麗でした。

Cons:

部屋からの景色はあまり素敵ではなかったかな。

Pros:

レストランの食事と朝食のバイキングが美味しい。ワインのテイスティングも楽しい。大浴場のアメニティも充実していて、館内がお洒落。

Cons:

小さいサイズのワインも売って欲しい。
ピノのワインもテイスティングしてみたかった。

A great stay on Furano in this very comfortable hotel!
Pros:

All the details were taken care of. Loved the rooms, the public bath, the staff. Location right next to ski slopes.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Staff was so friendly they became like family. The high ceilings and the modern appliances add to the joy of staying here. We will definitely visit only this hotel and get the same room again on our next Furano stay.

Small cozy hotel with great facilities and 5 min walk to lifts
Pros:

Small and cozy feel. Welcoming. Good facilities - washing, lounge, ski drying room, public bath (technically not an Onsen, but close enough for us!). Breakfast was excellent - heaps of choice. Shuttle bus to pretty much wherever you wanted to go. The driver even went into one restaurant ahead of us to enquire about a table! Short walk (5mins) to Gondola or quad chair. Even quicker walk back (down hill!). We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Hard to fault much, but our bed was very narrow! Perhaps we inadvertently selected that option, but it was hard to sleep in a bed roughly half the width we have at home.
