Needed a stopover to break up our car trip and had just come from a wonderful stay at a Fairfield in another city. Cannot believe the brand has such different properties. This property was dirty from construction and our room had a toxic building materials smell. We arrived so late in the evening, and kids asleep, so just stayed until morning. When we complained in the morning to the front desk manager, he just shrugged it off and said, oh it was probably wallpaper paint. No attempt to make things better. Avoid this place. Breakfast attendant was kind.
Another excellent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Olean. Great accommodations, convenient location, clean and well maintained. Staff is always very friendly. Rodney the GM is very professional, approachable & kind.
Location is OK. Lots of parking and pretty quite. Breakfast offering was more than I expected. Overall pretty good stay.

The waffles at breakfast were wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was a bit tough though.
The room was ok clean, but had mild dew in the tub and the drain was slow. The breakfast area's floor was filthy. Every one's sneakers stuck to the floor.

Close to job work site. Town and restaurants are very conveniently located.
I checked in rather late, so the lobby and hotel were quiet . I found parking at rear of hotel the room was clean and fresh. I would stay again .
This hotel was in a great location for the wedding we were attending.
The hotel and rooms seemed clean but it smelled old.
Parking was plentiful and had multiple entrances.
Convient to our plans for those days were there. Did not have enough disabled parking places. Only saw one in front of Hotel.
The fan in our bathroom sounded like there was a cement mixer in there. We had to go to Walmart to buy a nightlight because we couldn’t leave the bathroom light on, because it included the fan.
For such a highly rated hotel I expected more. The overall appearance of the room was shabby, the bathroom floor was sticky, the thermostat either hot or cold but not comfortable. The room also smelled musty. In terms of amenities, the pool is small and a little depressing.

Property was clean. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Great suggestion on local cuisine.
Rooms are a bit outdated but most importantly My room is comfortable and clean I have no issues everything up to par. Guest service agent was kind and helpful. With a nice update this hotel could be so much more but for now it is what you need it to be clean and comfortable:)
