Super comfy beds! Nice hot tub!
Quiet. All good !
Remote
The beds were comfortable (but dirty) the staff was friendly.
No elevator. The room was dirty especially the bedding. The breakfast was poor. The location was out of the way.
had breakfast, slept. We need a room that has a double bed.
clean and helpful people
The location was perfect, peaceful, and historic. The interiors were beautiful, our room was beautiful, not your average hotel room, it was luxurious, the extra amenities on site surprising in the best of ways and the beds perfect!! Best sleep my husband has ever had at a hotel!!! We roasted s'mores on the fire pit, relaxed in the hot tub, and explored the historical iron mining areas on the property. I could easily imagine the site for a family reunion, a wedding, or a business retreat! I will ABSOLUTELY return to Iron Springs Luxury Lodge and Spa!!!!! Don't let the exterior of the building scare you away, they turned historical mining facilities into an amazingly beautiful and luxurious location!!
The only thing I didn't like was the confusion between the name on Booking.com and the name on their website! Booking.com lists it as Iron Springs Luxury Lodge and Spa but Google lists the same location as Iron Springs Adventure Resort!
This was a great place to stay! Very friendly staff, clean. Nice bed and shower. Breakfast had a lot of selections.
Very well supplied facility with plenty of room for exercise and exploration. Slow season so we had the place to ourselves. Would go back. Nice rooms and great hot tub
Bit of a drive to town but not bad.
Some sort of air freshener plugged into the wall outlet in the hallway.
Not for me. TV mounted way to high.
Comforter cozy but too heavy for both of us.
Very cute though !
Only us and 1 other couple, room was quiet and comfy, no glasses and no cover on the toilet seat. Jacuuzis were covered up with a sign posted closed, fire pit was not usable and no one at front desk most of day/night, breakfast was agas station breakfast with donuts, pop tarts, granola bars, hard boil eggs to crack yourself, frozen breakfast sandwiches and wraps, i would stay again for price but go elsewhere for food
Super clean and the rooms are nice. The staff are really nice and helpful.
It’s across the street from the animal shelter and a dump. Dogs barking in and off all night. At the crack of dawn garbage trucks were driving by. Our room faced the main road. Perhaps it is quieter on the opposite side of the building. I reserved this room specially because it had a kitchen. Or did and it was nice. However there were no pans or utensils as I have gotten at every other hotel where I reserved a kitchen room. This is really a meeting or wedding venue rather than a hotel for daily guests. This is fine, but it should be made clear on the booking site to set expectations.
Friendly staff at check in. Clean and comfortable room. Easy parking.
High rate. Listing says "luxury", breakfast included, and kitchenette. The breakfast was continental and the hot food was limited to microwavable. Kitchenette had nothing in it - no plates, silverware, cups, paper towels - totally unusable unless you bring it yourself. No staff at desk in the morning to discuss. This was a low value.
The location was perfect for us, as we were visiting nearby. Love the unique location.
Pillows - But I never find pillows that work, no matter where I stay. All hotels- Also, why can't hotels provide an option between a comforter and a sheet? Whatever happened to light blankets?
Which the room had a chair instead of bench
We stayed the firat weekend in June.
I thought the location and resort were good. Room was very nice.
If i was having a party or wedding this is a perfect facility.
No main floor room and no elevator. Stairs are very difficult for me
No sitting feature in room...table and chairs or chair or couch. Only able to sit on beds or luggage bench.
Breakfast was minimal which was understandable with small amount of guests. Waffle maker no waffle batter and no one available to help with questions. We felt we were the only people there and the morning we left we weren't able to make contact with staff even.
We were offered a room nearby that is a bridal suite. As it is main level in separate building. In hind site we should have checked that out. Really lovely location. Very nice staff.
It was just outside of town. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
It had a strange smell. We went down to the truck to get some water and our key cards wouldn’t work when we went back in.
This is our 3rd time staying here. We love how nice the hotel and staff are. Not a huge fan of the breakfast though.
We stayed two different times here. The first time was grand as there was an event happening. The next time was okay but not as grand. Breakfast was good the first time and not so great the next time.
The intense perfume smell. Heavily scented in the hall.
No able to get ice before 9am when staff arrive.
A bit of drive out of town.
