Pros:

Good comfortable room. Excellent dinner in restaurant and good breakfast selection. Warkworth is a perfect location.

Cons:

Room a bit noisy - next to a fairly busy road and old windows not sound proof. If you are a light sleeper be warned, also that the curtains in the room allowed a lot of light through, so very bright early morning.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely, situated in the centre of Warkworth. Very close to the river for some lovely walks ot to sit and have a picnic. 10 minutes at the most walk to the castle,. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choice. The restaurant, we couldnt fault it the food was delicious. Our room was spaceous, newly decorated. Theres a small car park to the rear of the hotel, but theres free parking all around so no issues there.

Cons:

We enjoyed it all no complaints

A comfortable 3 night stay with excellent food and friendly staff at the Warkworth House Hotel.
Pros:

The meals were excellent- the portions were much larger than expected with exceptional quality. The steak pie was the best I have ever eaten ! The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room, although a little small for the size of the bed, was clean, well furnished and comfortable. There were 2 leather armchairs- most unusual to get more than one easy chair in a hotel room. The bed was large and comfortable.

Cons:

There was some traffic noise early in the morning because the room overlooked the main road. The car park was small and it was a bit tricky to park, but there is a free car park just along the road.

Great location and lovely staff
Pros:

Great location, lovely staff and good food.

Cons:

Bar closed just after 9pm. Room was too hot and we couldn’t turn the radiator off so had to open the window which made it very noisy once the traffic started in the morning.
