The bartender, food and receptionists were helpful.

Hotel needs an update. Front desk bad service. And breakfast service is horrible. Housekeeping lady name Mirna. Was friendly and helped alot.

I won’t not recommend this hotel. Very shabby in appearance. No phone in room so if you have to call front desk you have to go there in person. Slow flushing toilets. Printer not working so could not my receipt on day I was leaving. Gym is poor. Overall not a good experience.

No one at the front desk upon arrival, had to wait a 30 mins after wondering around seeking help from mean bartender. Staff very rude and unwelcoming. Once in room, thermostat did not work, and shower could only run on scalding hot. Called and walked down to front desk and no one was around again. Bed was very worn and can feel the springs. Only 1 towel was provided. Sink was chipped and rusted. Rugs worn. Snack shop and restaurant were closed. They would not even provide a receipt.
I am shocked this is run by Marriot and why Suffolk County doesn't do some thing about this place is beyond me judging from all of these reviews. I would rate it a 0 if I could but 1 is as low as we can do. DON"T GO THERE !!!

Do not stay at this hotel. It is dirty, ill maintained, and the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Upon check in we were told that the room we had reserved would not be given to us and instead we would be placed at a downgraded room for the same price. After almost 2 hours of trying to resolve the issue, the customer service agents from Expedia were able to get the hotel to honor our reservation. The hotel manager refused to speak to us and the front desk people were very unwelcoming. Once in the room we had paid for the ceiling began to leak so we were moved to another room. The furniture and carpets in both rooms were stained and dirty. The pool area is disgusting. It was clearly not routinely cleaned because there were leftover towels and food crumbs around the pool. Not to mention the gross carpet that surrounds the pool area. Expedia was great in helping us resolve the issue, and they had asked the hotel to compensate us for our time but the hotel refused. Save your money and time, do not stay here.

House keepers were the best. Also the front desk guy(the one with the low hair cut) he was awesome as well.

I WAS CHARGED ILLEGALLY!
I hope that NOBODY ever stays here that cares about their money! My card was used to pay for someone else’s hotel room upon check-in. I was told I was being charged $100 for incidentals and was actually charged $454!!! My room was paid for in advance from a 3rd party so I should have NEVER been charged here.

I spoke to the manager, Reggie, who claims he could not find this transaction, but it’s POSTED to my account! This is THEFT! Mind you, Reggie, the manager, is the one who did my check-in!!!

I would absolutely NEVER stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. I have already contacted both the hotel and my bank to dispute this charge. Do not EVER stay here.

The staff and Joe clean is the property

The lobby was beautiful but extremely hot, that was my first red flag. We had two rooms reserved for our party. One room was cool, ny room was 78° and maintenance was called twice before they came. When they came they did nothing to change the situation except tell me, it should cool off soon. I tried to change my room but since that was not an option until Sunday, when we were living what was the point. The shower water was actually dangerous and my grandchildren took very quick showers as the water would turn from cold to scalding hot then back to normal, repeatedly during each shower. The staff was completely overwhelmed with all the complaints and working in the heat of the lobby. Felt bad for them. The manager was a condescending person with an attitude problem, arguing with some guests inthe lobby for all to hear. Next time, I will definitely pay a little more and stay at a better hotel. You do get what you pay for.

Property was clean location was good and staff was respectful

The pool was warm and nice.
