Not worth it and not clean. They’ll waste your time and not give a shit.

I enjoyed the consignment store and the clean bed sheets.

Cons:

They didn’t check us in until three hours past our time. We spent three hours waiting in the parking lot. Tv remote didn’t work. Brown liquid stains on ceiling and walls. Tv remote was also filthy. And in this heat we did not appreciate the fact that the temp in the room did not go lower than 73. That’s lizard temps, man. Also the interstate is insanely loud. Would not stay here again. For $400 for two days, experience was garbage.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again
Pros:

The best part of staying at this hotel was the convenient location. The hotel was very easy to find with close access to the major interstate and restaurants nearby. Although I was hesitant to park my expensive vehicle in the parking lot due to all of the signs posted stating “Park at your own risk”, there were several police vehicles there which made me feel more safe and my vehicle was fine the next morning.

Cons:

There were several factors that made this stay unpleasant. The front desk staff was not friendly at all, she seemed pre-occupied when I arrived and provided my room key without any further direction as to the location of the elevators, WiFi details nor confirmation of the check out time. The room I was in was not clean, there was dirt on the floors, the AC vent filter was hanging down from the bottom of the unit, the bathroom had dirty spots and splatter near the toilet and on the cabinet area by the sink. The guest in the room next to me were having a large gathering at 11pm and were very noisy, they were smoking marijuana which their smoke was coming into my room from the connecting door, which made this experience horrible. I had to put a towel on the floor to block the space at the bottom of the connecting door to stop the smoke from their marijuana from coming into my room. I could not sleep most of the night due to their noisy gathering which did not end until 2am. Very disappointed at this hotel, I was expecting a better experience from the Crown Plaza. The ironing board had several holes in the fabric which made visible marks on my clothing, I was required to put a towel on top of the ironing board for my clothes to be ironed properly so that I could look presentable for my meeting. The best part of the stay was the breakfast experience which I was a bit disappointed that had to pay for breakfast, but the waitress in the breakfast area was very nice and friendly, this was the only person that displayed great service during my visit.

The beds were comfortable

Cons:

You had to pay to park, the room was NASTY! Wasn’t cleaned properly. Dirty qtips on the headboard, floors wasn’t vacuumed by the vet there was a thick pile of nasty something all the way around the bed frame. I told the front desk and she didn’t even offer to move us rooms

It was okay I would not choose it again.
Pros:

The downstairs entry where you check in or lobby is gorgeous.

Cons:

The coffee pot in my room did not work. My husband went downstairs to get our breakfast and he tried to get a cup of coffee and he was denied a cup of coffee or he had to pay three dollars for one. I called front desk and asked for a coffee pot they said I would get one in about 20 minutes and it never came. .
