Der Service an der Rezeption war super nett. Ich hatte mein Zimmer problemlos wechseln können. Es gab zum Glück noch Kapazitäten dafür.
Auch die Zimmer waren ruhig und nicht hellhörig.
Sehr schön.

Cons:

Zimmer roch noch leicht nach kaltem Rauch.
Muss wohl ein stark riechender Raucher*in vorher drin gewesen sein.

Nach einer Abendveranstaltung in Dresden Neustadt ist dieses Hotel super ruhig und günstig gelegen.
Hervorragend zu erwähnen, sind das nette Personal, die bequemen Betten(Matratzen sowie Bettdecken & Kopfkissen = top) sowie das reichhaltige Frühstück …

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr funktional eingerichtet. Für einen Tag völlig okay, für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlt etwas Gemütlichkeit.

Worst staff ever especially Amily at the reception. She was rude and racist and she should not be in the hospitality business rather to work in police department.

Nice stay for a day/weekend trip. Good location to start a walk through the city.
Pros:

Very big room that was easy to keep warm during the winter. Very clean room and bathroom.

Cons:

Parking at the hotel is a bit expensive, recommend searching for nearby options.

Sauberes, komfortabeleres, modern ausgestattetes Zimmer, mit Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee, Mineralwasser. Zentral gelegen in der Neustadt von Dresden.

Cons:
