We had a room facing the street and it was noisy when the windows were open. However, once window was closed: no noise at all!

Cons:

La salle de petit déjeuner sombre pas d eclairage pleine de monde bruyante un refectoire!
L ascenseur avec des Cartes qui ne marchent pas alors que l on vient de vous les donner!

ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem 4*-Plus.
Pros:

Im Grundsatz hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren grosszügig und der Ausblick via Balkon auf das Meer und Pool fantastisch. Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und der Gym ist gut ausgestattet und die Geräte gewartet. Den Spa haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Pool ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Haus hat aber spürbar an Glanz eines 5 Sterne-Haus verloren, was die Qualität / Service bei den Mitarbeitenden im Hotel und Spa/ Massagen betrifft (nicht bei der Freundlichkeit!). Das schläg negativ auf die Erwartungen und auf die Frage des Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Restaurants haben alle deutlich schlechtere Ratings als direkt ausserhalb rund ums Hause herum.

Hotel maravilhoso, top mundial.
Pros:

Pequeno almoço excelente no restaurante junto à piscina, com vistas maravilhosas. Hotel com excelentes restaurantes, com destaque especial para o Terreiro.

Cons:

Nada a referir, correu tudo o melhor possível.

Pros:

Le cadre, la chambre, le personnel… tout était parfait !
L’hôtel est magnifique, la piscine fait rêver, les jardins sont superbes !
Les restaurants sont très bon et raisonnable niveau prix pour un hôtel de ce standing. Le personnel fait son maximum pour rendre votre expérience exceptionnelle !
L’accès privée à l’océan est un vrai plus pour profiter du séjour.
