新しくて清潔。
フンシャルの街中にも近い(特に帰りは上り坂があるので徒歩はややきついです)。

Amazing design but would not recommend due to lack of customer service from restaurant and security staff - customer ser

Beautiful interior design and view . Reception and door staff was really polite and kind.

Cons:

Not enough signs about hotel rules and policies.
Restaurant staff at the top bar apart of the sunbed man was very kind and delicated with the type of service they provide to customer .
Extremely rude to local people that pays the same price as a tourist to enjoy of savoy services.
Spa services with extra cost is ridiculous. The price for a 5 star hotel night in any other country or type of savoy would include spa services

Pros:

L’hôtel est grandiose, l’architecture extérieure est éblouissante. La décoration à l’intérieur de l’hôtel est magnifique.

La piscine principale , le spa, les restaus, les chambres, le ptt dej … tout était super

Cons:

Les réceptionnistes à l’arrivée n’étaient pas souriantes. La chambre n’était pas prête à 3 pm et les dames qui nettoient la chambre ont réagi d’une façon inacceptable. Mais pour le reste des vacances, tout s’est bien passé avec le personnel.

Wonderful place!
Pros:

Our stay at Savoy Palace was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, with stunning rooms and truly breathtaking views. Every detail has been carefully considered, and the whole property has a wonderful atmosphere. The level of service was outstanding. The entire team was professional, warm and attentive, always making us feel genuinely welcome. We would especially like to thank Maciej at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, kind and professional. He went out of his way to assist us and made our stay even more enjoyable. His exceptional approach to guests deserves special recognition. We also thank him for late check out.
The food was also excellent — beautifully presented, delicious and of a very high standard, with a great selection throughout our stay.
Savoy Palace exceeded our expectations in every respect: beautiful rooms, spectacular views, excellent food and truly first-class service. It is a place where you can genuinely relax and feel looked after.
We had a wonderful experience and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended! We will come back for sure!
