Accès mer un peu compliqué par le 2 eme hôtel Royal Savoy.
Quelques soirées bruyantes avec musique jusque tard car l’hôtel organise aussi des événements sous chapiteau entre les 2 hôtels dans le jardin.
Chambres et Salle de bains fades pour un 5*
Piscine intérieure sans intérêt, préférez celle du Royal Savoy mais c’est loin.
Personne ne parle Français à la réception
L’entrée au SPA est chère et ne présente pas un grand intérêt
Superior hospitality, breathtaking views, comfortable modern rooms, wonderful amenities, hard to top breakfast, excellent location - magnificent hotel!

We absolutely loved our stay at Savoy Palace! The service was exceptional, and the entire team was always smiling, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, with an enormous variety of delicious options and beautiful views overlooking the pool.
A very special highlight was celebrating my birthday at the hotel. My husband had contacted the team in advance, and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne, a delicious dessert with “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate, and a lovely handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that truly touched me!
We also loved the attention to detail, including twice-daily housekeeping and the evening turndown service with bottled water by the bed and a little chocolate. Such a lovely touch!
We dined at both Nikkei and Pau de Lume, and the food and service were wonderful. Nikkei was our favourite, especially the amazing amuse-bouche and the staff's explanations of each dish, its ingredients, sauces, and preparation. It made the entire dinner a fantastic culinary experience.
The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants on the lively street just below the hotel, as well as a supermarket and pharmacy right next door. The underground parking was also very convenient and well organised.
Overall, we felt truly pampered and cared for throughout our stay. We honestly loved almost everything and would happily return. Our only real disappointment was that our holiday had to end!
What we didn't like
The only minor issue was finding the route to the ocean through the neighbouring hotel, which is also part of the group. The walk was a little longer than expected, and the signage could be clearer. We eventually found our way, though, and this did not significantly affect our otherwise wonderful stay.
Honestly, there was very little we didn't like. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the perfect hotel for our honeymoon. Everything felt special. Beautiful modern hotel with amazing facilities. Highlight was spending time in and around the fantastic pool. Couldn't have asked for more.

The staff were professional but friendly - impeccable service but not overbearing.
Access via the Savoy Royal to the sea.
Housekeeping team were exceptional - our rooms were spotless.
Mention to David the concierge who recommended a great restaurant in the old town and sorted our TukTuk tour which was great.
Hotel position is perfect, close enough to everywhere, loads of restaurants behind, in front, at the marina area, old town and in the hotel- so definitely no lack of choice.
Nothing was too much trouble.
We felt that the whole team enjoyed working there and enjoyed working together.
Maybe , and this is being picky really, a couple more staff out and about in the day around the pool for drinks would be perfect.
