The staff is really excellent, nice and helpful a lot

Staff is EXTREMELY NICE!!! They received us and upgraded our room. We were going to leave at night and they let us shower even after our check in was that morning. We had a very nice time here. The hotel people also helped us with the tour to ninh binh which was awesome

Camera pulita e spaziosa. Personale super accogliente e professionale: avendo il volo alle 1 di notte e dovendo lasciare la camera a mezzogiorno, ci hanno permesso di fare una doccia in tarda serata fornendoci tutto il necessario. Consigliato.

Clean and comfortable

The personal staff were amazing, nice, caring, and very helpful. The breakfast and all the food in the hotel wad fresh and great. Wr highly recommend staying at this hotel. Specially thanks to Tracy!

Freundliches und professionelles, wenn auch noch junges Team, das sich viel Mühe gibt und jederzeit hilfsbereit ist. Zwar ist noch nicht alles perfekt organisiert, aber der Service ist insgesamt sehr gut und man merkt, dass das Personal engagiert ist.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist ausgezeichnet – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr komfortabel und ich habe gut geschlafen.

Das Hotel hat großes Potenzial. Mit etwas mehr Erfahrung und Feinschliff im Service kann es sich zu einer wirklich hervorragenden Unterkunft entwickeln. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten.

La posizione centralissima, le camere molto belle ed estremamente pulite. I letti molto comodi, con Topper, vengono rifatti ogni giorno. La colazione è varia ed abbondante. Ottima spa con personale professionale. In generale personale dell' hotel super accogliente e cortese, pronto ad aiutare per ogni necessità. Piscina piccolina ma pulitissima e panoramica. Bar sul tetto molto carino con barman gentili e simpatici. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come dei re.

Počas nášho pobytu v hoteli Solare De Monte Hotel & Spa sme boli veľmi spokojní. Hotel sa nachádza vo výbornej lokalite v centre Hanoja, odkiaľ je všetko dôležité na dosah pešo. Personál bol počas celého pobytu mimoriadne ochotný, milý a profesionálny.

Izby boli čisté, upratané a pravidelne servisované. Mali sme izbu č. 304, ktorá síce nemala okno, ale keďže sme väčšinu času trávili objavovaním Hanoja, vôbec nám to neprekážalo.

Veľmi sme ocenili množstvo drobných pozorností, ktoré spríjemnili pobyt – bezplatnú balenú vodu, welcome drink pri príchode, možnosť osprchovať sa po check-oute pred odchodom na letisko, bezplatné uskladnenie batožiny či pomoc personálu pri otváraní dverí a manipulácii s batožinou.

Raňajky boli chutné, s dostatočným výberom jedál a čerstvých surovín. Celkovo hotel ponúka výborný pomer ceny a kvality a cítili sme sa tu veľmi príjemne.

Ak sa niekedy do Hanoja vrátime, radi sa ubytujeme opäť tu. Odporúčame všetkým, ktorí hľadajú čisté, komfortné ubytovanie s výbornými službami a priateľským personálom. 😊

We loved Ann, Tracey, Dave, Bryan and all the team. They were absolutely amazing . I’m sorry for the names I’ve forgotten and the guys up on the roof top bar too. The hotel was great and had everything we needed. The standouts were the roof top pool and bar with food too. The beds were comfy, breaky was excellent and you can just step right into the main areas of Hanoi without hearing noise at night. Sunsets from the roof too were beautiful. A very special thank you to Ann who helped me organise the entire second half of our trip. From the overnight bus to Sapa to Ninh Binh after our cruise of Halong Bay to the train to Denang. Everything was easy and it really felt like organising a holiday with a friend. We ended up staying here 2 extra times

I had a wonderful stay! All the staffs were very attentive and helpful. They helped me book my excursion and took care of my transportation.They answered all of my questions instantly. Beside, the breakfast was amazing. I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend this place!
