Una buena ubicación y personal excelente
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación y el personal.
Zoey nos preparó todo el viaje a Lan Ha, Ninh Binh y el transporte al aeropuerto directamente. Todo salió perfecto! Siempre estuvo en contacto si la necesitábamos.

A great stay in a welcoming central hotel
Pros:

The property is in a great location., central to the hustle & bustle of the fascinating old quarter
The stand out feature of the property is the exceptional staff , they are so nice , friendly and could not do more for you but also professional & organised.
A special mention for Zoey at the travel desk . An absolute star ! She arranged 3 trips for us , did a brilliant efficient job and was so helpful , informative & a pleasure to work with

Very good location in the old center so very nice and close from touristy areas.
The staff was super helpful and ready to assist so I enjoyed it !

Kind, courteous, brilliant location, lovely rooms, pool & bar area on roof, very good food too.
Pros:

This hotel couldn't have been better! We stayed for 5 after we were impacted by Middle East events. Their care of us was exceptional, it was a stressful morning rebooking flights. Zoey was incredibly kind, giving us her PC, lots of advice over 3 hours. She upgraded our room. The courtesy and kindness is 1st Class. Lilly also helped walk through incredible detail on trips to Halong.

Soggiorno nel cuore del quartiere più bello di Hanoi
Pros:

Lo staff più gentile e di aiuto che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro viaggio. Colazione ben diversificata. In più la location è in un quartiere molto tipico ed è perfetta per girare la città a piedi.

Le service de menage toque a la porte le matin meme si on a pas mis le message de nettoyer la chambre ce qui m a réveillé plusieurs fois cependant j ai vu avec le room services a la fin du voyage et ils ont dit qu ils remontaient l info donc ras
