Magnifique hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel avec des chambres au calme et situé en plein centre du vieux Hanoï. Très belles chambres bien décorées et propres. Immense lit confortable.
Le personnel est avenant et bienveillant. Un tout grand merci à toute l'équipe. On y retournera avec plaisir.

Loved our stay and would come back! Thank you for having us.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. We were upgraded to an interconnecting family suite which was fantastic for my mum, daughter and I. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The rooftop bar was fantastic.

Cons:

It was a little dated and there was a strange mildew smell in the lift and basement where breakfast is served but didn’t impede on our stay. The pool is small but fine for a quick dip and handy to have it available.
