Perfect for location and exploring, wonderful supportive staff, comfortable
Pros:

The staff at front desk and the room cleaners were extremely lovely. Lucas welcomed us and he was very friendly, kind and helpful but everyone at front desk - Tracy, Bryan - ( I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone s names) But EVERYONE at the front desk were incredible and went out of their way.
The location of the hotel was superb. Our room was quiet, I had the best sleeps. Well run place.

Cons:

The pool and the space around it was smaller than I expected but it didn’t matter as it wasn’t busy. If > 4 people the space would be too small.

Personeller alle var så imøtekommende mer enn det jeg er vant til. De alle var så hyggelig , står nesten alltid klar å åpne dør for deg når du går inn og ut av hotellet, de står og trykker på heis for deg . Utrolig hyggelig gjeng alle sammen , føler meg veldig velkommen .

Frokost buffet var utrolig god, masse utvalg og variere nye retter hver dag .
En av de beste frokostbuffet jeg noen gang har hatt på hotell .

Cons:

Rommene var lite , bad var trange .
Hadde problem med do, måtte få hjelp flere ganger pga tette toalett .
Basseng områder var ikke fine , frister ikke bruke . Var ikke lik på bilde på annonse .

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The massage at the spa was amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a great hit for our kids.

מלון מצויין, קבלת פנים חמה, החדר והמקלחת היו נקיים. המיטה נוחה מאוד והכריות מפנקות. לא היה לנו זמן לעלות ולראות את הברכה היא נסגרה בשעה 20:00 וגם לא הספקנו לאכול ארוחת בוקר בגלל שנסענו מוקדם לסאפה. המלון ארז לנו ארוחת בוקר.

ארוחת הבוקר הארוזה לא היתה לטעמנו.

A wonderful experience - recommend this hotel to anyone 👍
Pros:

The location and the helpful, friendly staff who made our stay a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter making getting around quite easy. The facilities were very good as was the food.

Cons:

Nothing really - the street noise can be quite loud but the hotel provides ear plugs to assist in getting some rest.
