Mixed feeling
Pros:

The front desk staff were accommodating on everything we requested.the bed was super comfy with a fluffy like mattress topper.

Cons:

They closed the kitchen early on the night of arrival. We experienced no service to the table or anyone checking on you at anytime.seems like they were more interested in being on their phones and sitting behind the bar then serving. And we were there a few times. Pool was small and had very little area to sit we were not inclined to use it.
Breakfast was adequate although they did not let us know on the first morning that you could order from menu and one day didn't offer it at all.not enough coffee options as well.

We highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything is within walking distance. You get to experience all the hustle and bustle firsthand. The staff is exceptionally friendly. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

Pros:

Front desk staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to assist with calls to a third party tour company about my pickup times and location and even walked me to the location the first day.
Someone always opened the door to greet me at tge hotel and assisted with my Grab drop off on arrival and pickup on departure.

Excellent value of money and awesome staffs
Pros:

"The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town with everything conveniently within reach. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had a late flight at 10 PM but had to check out in the morning; the team not only securely stored our luggage while we explored, but also offered us a shower room, fresh towels, and toiletries when we returned at 8 PM. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to freshen up before heading to the airport. It is a charming boutique hotel that offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!"
