Allez y les yeux fermés
Pros:

L’hotel est super bien placé au centre, tout est accessible a pied rapidement.
La piscine est un super atout detente apres une journee de visite. Le skybar fait de bon cocktail.
Le petit dej est delicieux aussi. Bouche sucrée satisfaite.
Le personnel est accueillant et souriant au petit soin.
La chambre est propre la literie nickel
Les restaurants autour sont aussi bon, pas loin du Banh Mi 25

Pros:

Unsere letzte Nacht in Vietnam haben wir in diesem Hotel verbracht, insgesamt waren wir dreimal hier, 5 Übernachtungen gehabt und immer nur super Erfahrungen gemacht. Wir wurden von den Hotelmitarbeitern empfangen und am Ende so verabschiedet, als wären wir ein Teil der Familie.
An unserem letzten Tag, Stunden nach dem Check-Out, durften wir noch die Spa-Dusche benutzen.

Hôtel hyper central dans le vieux quartier, proche de tout, personnel.attentionné,
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et en particulier de Lucas a la réception, l’emplacement hyper central dans le vieux quartier qui permet de tout faire à pied, tout en étant au calme.

Cons:

En déplaçant le lit pour éviter la climatisation, on s’est rendu compte que le ménage n’était pas fait sous le lit.
Dommage que la chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre.
Piscine très petite.

Perfect for a one-night stay in Hanoi

The staff have been truly exceptional — incredibly kind, polite, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with absolutely anything.
Even before our arrival, everything was perfectly organized for us over the phone. They arranged our transfer, welcomed us upon arrival, helped us book tours and activities, and assisted us with every little request along the way. Everything has been handled so smoothly and with such genuine care.
A special thank you to the wonderful reception team — everyone has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Their hospitality and attitude really make a difference and made us feel genuinely looked after.
We are extremely impressed with the service and the entire team. Absolutely wonderful experience — thank you so much! ❤️

The room
The furniture felt a little dated, and unfortunately the view from the window was not particularly nice. However, for a one-night stay it was absolutely perfect — the bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed

Pros:

Het hotel ligt midden in het historische stadscentrum. Het heeft een ijskastje op de kamer en er is airco. Douche is heerlijk en ruime keuze bij het ontbijtbuffet. Je kunt ook in het hotel dineren, op de rooftop is een optie: dineren met a view. Het personeel is supervriendelijk. Regelen letterlijk alles wat je vraagt. Zo hebben wij een dagexcursie gedaan naar Yen Tu mountain (wat schijnbaar niet veel toeristen doen).

Cons:

Het laminaat op de vloer van de kamer lag los, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.

All of the staff were amazing and big shout outs to Tracey and Alan who were always welcoming and made me and every guest special...the Solare De Monte Hotel truly is a great hotel and i wouldn't hesitate staying here again! Fantastyczny hotel, bardzo polecam
Pros:

Hotel Solare de Monte to ukryta perełka. Wygodne pokoje. Bardzo duży wybór dań śniadaniowych - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Od pierwszego dnia czuliśmy się zaopiekowani przez niezwykle miłych pracowników hotelu. Wyjątkowo uprzejmi, doskonale mówiący po angielsku i dbający o przyjemną atmosferę. Pomogli nam że wszystkimi sprawami, jak tylko prosiliśmy o pomoc.

Onvergetelijk dankzij het gastvrije team!
Pros:

Het personeel! Een brede glimlach en enorm lief en helpend. Een big shout-out naar Lucas en zijn team!

Locatie was top: pal in het oude gezellige centrum!

Ontbijt was lekker: verse eitjes op aanvraag!

Cons:

Niets!
Misschien dat onze driepersoonskamer wat krap was, maar we waren weinig op de kamer omdat we veel uitstappen deden.

Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, très prévenant et professionnel. D'une grande gentillesse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et avec fenêtres! L'emplacement de l'hôtel, dans le vieux quartier, est fabuleux. Aussi, les services proposés par l'hôtel (transport, etc) sont au top.

Cons:

Le roof top et la piscine trop petits. La nourriture est copieuse mais manque de raffinement. Rapport qualité prix, un peu cher.

Great hotel with very good staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool and outside bar on the top floor. They welcomed us back after our stay so we could stay a few hours before our next journey. Good location in the old quarter.
