Clean rooms and amazing , helpful staff
Pros:

Dustin was friendly upon arriving and very accommodating to help us out as we were in a terrible situation with our car breaking down and needing a room for a night. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

They were so accommodating! It’s hard to find a place that’s so helpful with a large group, and the kids loved the pool!

Amazing stay
Pros:

The bed and pillows were more comfortable than my own bed at home, and all the linen smelled freshly washed. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Dustin and Joe. Even someone in housekeeping held the elevator for me which I really appreciated. This place knows how to provide great service. My room was very clean and didn't have a smell like they were using a room freshner (stink) of some sort. We had a snowstorm while I was there, and housekeeping and the front desk did an amazing job keeping the front entrance/lobby area wiped up from all the snow and mud we were dragging in. Hotel shuttle from the airport was waiting for me at the airport when I arrived, and my plane was even in early. Also took me to the airport at the time I had prescheduled. There are a few hooks in the room to hang coats, etc. A really nice added feature. I also took advantage of the workout room when I was there, and all the machines worked. It is a great workout room. I thought I saw a sign to get disposable earbuds at the front desk, but they didn't have any, so be sure to bring your own if you want to listen to the TV while exercising (another great feature!). There is a gas station/convenience store right across the street. Price was almost borderline too much, so if the price goes up, I probably will look elsewhere. Great place to treat yourself, however.
The only thing I wish they had told me at the time of making the reservation is that they charge a surcharge for using a credit card. I would have brought cash and saved myself some money.

Pros:

The front desk employee, Dustin, was one of the nicest, sweetest, most helpful hotel staff members i've encountered in a very long time.He went above and beyond, helping me multiple times when I was stressed and truly saved the day by just being kind and supportive. He didn't have to do any of it, But he did, as he's clearly a genuinely good person. Good job Holiday Inn, i'm another satisfied customer and his exceptional service is the reason I chose to stay instead of walking away. We will be back soon!

A fun weekend at a great hotel!
Pros:

We had a really great experience at this hotel! We came as a group with multiple families and the front desk did a great job of checking everyone in. I realized when we got there that I hadn't booked a room, but Dustin was amazing at finding one for us, and quickly too.
The rooms were good, and the housekeeping team cleaned our room really nicely while we were out.
The kids were a bit disappointed about the waterside being out of order. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
We had arranged for a meeting room foe the Saturday night to be ready for a pizza party for our group, but there seemed to be a miscommunication about that. However, Dustin and Joe were amazing about getting it ready at the last minute. Thank you so much!
It was a really fun weekend and we were so happy to stay at your hotel! Thanks again!
