We were extremely tired from several days of traveling when we reached Great Falls Montana. When we entered the hotel the staff at check in we're very kind and cheerful and we loved the waterfall in the lobby. The room was very nice and the beds very comfortable. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I enjoyed the breakfast, game area, and the beauty of the lobby. I also enjoyed the room and space. I just drove 8 1/2 hours and it was nice.
I thought there was a water slide but there was not. Pool area was a bit small for the size of hotel. It would have been nice with all the people swimming.
The management that they got their (George) is outstanding! He really made My day by approaching Myself and Guest, acknowledging Me with a Good Morning and asking how things are going, how is the Breakfast etc.. He acknowledges you knows you're there and is just taking care of business and I like that in him.
The lobby looked nice
We reserved the hotel for the waterside; however, after we checked in we found out there was no waterside. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low, and no drain stopper in the sink, it made shaving impossible.
