Trung bình chắc lần sau mình không quay lại nữa

Chương trình lễ hội có đầu tư, trẻ con nhà mình rất thích

Nhân viên lễ tân khách sạn mình đánh giá rất tệ về thái độ phục vụ, mình đặt phòng trên booking nhưng đến thì thản nhiên nói bên em ko bán phòng trên booking, kêu mình gọi qua booking hỏi, sau mình tra đc số của resort trên booking gọi cho số đó một lát sau mới đc gọi nhận phòng
Trẻ con nhà mình chơi ở sảnh chỉ đứng gần cái ti vi vì tò mò thì đuổi tránh ra thực sự thái độ mình ko chấp nhận được, nhắc nhở các cháu mình OK nhưng đuổi tránh ra cứ như trẻ em đầu đường xó chợ
Đồ ăn trong nhà hàng ở resort thì quá tệ, giá đắt thì mình chấp nhận vì vào khu nghỉ dưỡng đắt là chuyện thường, nhưng ngay cả cái món thịt rang cháy cạnh đơn giản cũng nấu cứng khô khốc và mặn chát cứ như nấu lại thịt cũ

Worth to stay, just be prepared
Pros:

Bird tour! 100% should go. The resort itself is really lovely and the reception staff were great. Especially the manger.

Do note the reserve operates more like a tourist park than a animial reserve we would imagine in other places. English is very limited.

Cons:

Multiple (4) security checks points to get into the resprt, gaurds always stopping you and saying you can't enter, especially when park closed. You try explain you are staying there and the gaurds ignore you unless you call reception at each station. Not convenient. You are very far from things, which is the appeal, but restraunt not the best and limited services over all.

Peaceful nature resort away from western tourists.
Pros:

Right in the middle of the nature reserve. Free bikes to use and lots of golf carts to take us around. The boats were fun and the gardens were beautiful. Quite nature.
Food and drink was good value/cheep.
2 nights is a good stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but not very exciting.
Sunset rooms were noisy, thin walls and Vietnamese tourists groups shouting. Pay for a more expensive room in the Sunrise building.
Be prepared for Vietnamese tourists wanting to take photos with you if you are wester and blond!
