For the price, the area was decent and the property was decent. It was older but it was clean. The staff is what made it well worth it. They were friendly - went above and beyond to help -always greeted us when we came in and always said goodbye and have fun when we went out. They were helpful with places to eat and sights to see. Miguel and Jesus were awesome!

Der Empfang und die Zuvorkommenheit ist wirklich super.
Es werden momentan viele Verbesserungen im Hotel vorgenommen, da es unter neuem Mangment ist.
Dieses braucht es auch, da einige Sachen sehr alt und teilweise nicht funktional sind.
Leider ist hier auch ein wenig Feuchtigkeit mit leichtem Schimmel in Ecken zu finden.
Dieses wird aber alles verbessert und das Management hat auf unsere Bemerkungen und Vorschläge positive reagiert.
Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein gutes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal und in einer guten Lage für den Strand, Restaurants, Bars und Shopping.

It’s under new management. Everyone there from new management to all staff are very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Would I start there again.. Yes I would.. everything is walking distance.

They should improve to have hot water and not only replying " its strabfe, I'll check, in 10 minutes" and never get hot water, I talked with other hosts and it was the same priblem and answer. Also, they didnt want to leave hand towel, shampoo, soap and all the tegular tging you find in a hotel even give a receipt for the payment (only accept cash) because "they never do that".... i recommend the place for its lotaction but not for the service

Doesn't have hot water, needs maintenance

Je n ai pas obtenu ce que j ai loué, j ai dû donné un supplément pour avoir frigo,cafetière, ect.
De plus aucune eau chaude et après 6 jours plus d eau du tout, j ai changé d hôtel sans remboursement.

Desde que llegue hubo problemas CON AGUA CALIENTE Y CON EL WC PEDÍ ME CAMBIARAN DE HABITACIÓN. Y NUNCA HICIERON CASO. PEDÍ DEVOLUCIÓN DE MI DINERO PARA CAMBIAR DE HOTEL Y CINICAMENTE EL ENCARGADO ME DIJO QUE "NO" Y QUE LO ARREGLARA CON EXPEDIA. DESAFORTUNADAMENTE TENGO QUE ***NO RECOMENDAR ESTE HOTEL EN ESTA OCASIO *** HA SIDO LA PEOR ESTANCIA EN MIS VIAJES ***LO BARATO SALE CARO*** AUNQUE LA VERDAD NO ES TQN BARATO PARA EL. The staff was wonderfully friendly and kind. The layout of the hotel though, did not give us a window to the outside, just to the hallway. The room smelled so strong of mildew or mold. We were given 2 bathtowels for our party of 5, no face cloths or hand towels. The towels and sheets were threadbare. The fan above the bed wobbled badly, and was held together with duct tape. Because the only window opened to the hallway, other guests' noise in the common areas was very disturbing. Other than that, we felt safe and secure inside the hotel. The staff made us feel at home.

Excelente opcion solo para dormir ya que la iluminación del hotel es oscura.

La habitación olia a humedad, habia hongo y cucarachas solo pasamos una noche

Literalmente había una gran cucaracha muerta en el baño apenas abrir la puerta (tengo foto), moho negro en el techo, olor fuerte a insecticida que duro los 3 días que estuve, manijas de las oxidadas y en mal estado (cada 3-4 usos se trababan y te quedabas atrapado), el “servicio de limpieza” solo tendió las mismas sabanas 1 vez, pero entro 3 veces a husmear en las maletas porque no hicieron mas que cambiarlas de lugar, dejaron las ventanas abiertas sin cortina para que todos vieran nuestras pertenencias en un intento de ventilar el terrible olor a humedad e insecticida, ni siquiera reemplazaron el papel de baño que se había acabado, el “estacionamiento” era un terreno cruzando la calle con basura y sin ninguna señalización, el trato fue amable pero la experiencia terrible.

Es un hotel viejo qué huele a humedad horrible... No limpian los baños están tapados... Las camas llenas de arena.. No dejan papel de baño y lo más importante el aire acondicionado no sirve. Es realmente triste llegar a ese lugar tan feo y mal oliente
