札幌駅に近い。隣がコンビニで便利。全てに清潔。

もう少し換気や清掃をお願いします。

ホテルと思って入るとびっくりする
他の人が書いていたようにとりあえず清潔感はありません
5人まで泊まれる部屋を2人で予約していたが、2人用でした。
セミダブルの2段ベッドのみ　2段目は2人で寝ないでください、と注意書きがありました
また2段ベッドに上がる階段はビニールテープで補強されていて恐らく
壊れているのかと思われます
スリッパは5人分並べられていて？5人だと部屋に入る事すらも無理な狭さです
雨の日ということもあったのか、室内だけでなく館内がもうすでにカビっぽく臭います
エアコンの中もカビがあり、特にシャワー室の臭い、カビもキツかったです。
掃除すれば落ちそうな汚れがなぜ、そのままになっているのか…
ドミトリーよりは個室空間ですがあのレベルの部屋なら2人で１万でも高いと感じてしまいます…。
チェックイン、チェックアウトは全て機械でスタッフと会うこともないのでスムーズですが困った時の対応は難しいかと思われます。

La posizione, vicino alla stazione JR Sapporo

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che non ci sia nessuno alla reception. Non mi è piaciuto fare check-in alla macchina. Non mi è piaciuto soprattutto che abbiano scritto tante frasi "minacciose": se fai questo paghi 10,000 yen, se rompi questo paghi 20,000, se questo paghi 30,000 etc. Leggere così tante cose mette stress.

札幌駅から近い

施設の内容の割に値段が高すぎ
ベッドの近くに電源が無いため、携帯電話が使えない

最高です！
Pros:

居間スペースとベッドスペースが別れてるから、寝るタイミングが合わなくても大丈夫。
2段ベッドもセミダブルはあるんじゃないかってぐらい広く、お風呂も大きく清潔でした。
すすきのまでは少しあるけどタクシーで2,000円かからないぐらいだし、駅に近いので電車移動するには最高でした。
次来る時も是非利用させて欲しいです！

Cons:

トイレが少しホコリが降り積っていたのと、ワキガのような匂いがあった。
それと宿泊利用料？1,200円追加で払う事がわかって無かったので、アナウンスをもう少し分かりやすくして欲しい。
