Pros:

No breakfast
Low class location

Cons:

Please replace the bed and cushions is smelling bad and was dirty. 24 hour noise can not rest properly. Fridge was freezed up do not hold food properly cold.

Pros:

Spacious, good location, safe place, locked gate space for parking. Friendly host, well equipped kitchen. We were allowed to have guest.

A clean budget option close to downtown J-Bay.
Pros:

Affordable, close to several attractions including the main beach. We got a room upgrade that was cool too. A nice sheltered braai area.

Cons:

The main road is close and the hooting from early to sunset was a bit annoying. The chairs at the kitchen table in the annexe, were uncomfortable (too tall), to sit and eat properly.
It got very cold in the bad weather, the supplied heater struggled.
