The room was un clean and very run down, definitely the worst double tree hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. Very disappointing!!!!

Clean and friendly staff
Everything was fine until the last day. It turned out to be Halloween in April. A Furry Convention took over the hotel.
Hotel is well maintained and clean. Lobby is really pretty. Room was very spacious. Large closet. All the staff I encountered were super friendly! Shoutout to Darolyn who was really great!

I was told pool was open prior to checking in both on the phone and in person. When i checked in and came downstairs the pool all of a sudden became closed. Urine leaking from ceiling. Horrible
