Clean, Professional and Great Customer Service
Pros:

I had a great visit. The facility is very clean, but what really stood out was the customer service. Darolyn N. was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. I was beyond blown away by her service. She’s helped me during my last three stays, and honestly, she’s a big part of why I keep coming back to this facility.

Nice friendly people, clean facilities really nice and close to the mall
Pros:

The locationis great and the place had friendly folks ws clean.

Cons:

Well, the coffee maker in the room did not work.
So I went downstairs to the general coffee station

I took a shower early but when I went to brush teeth etc before leaving
Water spurted and stopped then brown water poured from the tap
and the water stopped entirely NO flush, no sink nothing

Lastly I would have used the pool had I seen the sign earlier
it was in a out of the way place would have loved a swim

I stayed here a week before and non of these problems were there…..

Excellent maid Anayeli
Pros:

Clean room, excellent service by our maid Anayeli. She completed our room in a timely manner and neatly bagged up my forgotten cellphone with the necessary information to reconnect me with the item. Thanks again Anayeli, people like you make this world a better place. Blessings, Chris Olson

Clean and quiet.
Pros:

Clean, friendly and well located. Also quiet! I was not woken up by the traffic or the heater kicking on in the middle of the night. I was in room 524.
