Great place to go, nice and coroteous staff
Buffet style breakfast was pretty expensive considering what was offered

Karen our attendant for our breakfast service was fantastic. The front desk staff was also very good. Now for the room- I would recommend replacing all the toilets to a taller height especially for older folks and also the tub bottoms are very slippery.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Tina is the best bartender that I've come across in years. So wonderful.
Front desk staff was very pleasant and polite. Restaurant waiter, Vane extremely courteous, made recommendations and genuinely personable. Best salmon entree I’ve ever tasted in my life, truly delicious pan seared dish! Everything was clean. Also received a text immediately after check in to see how my stay was so far. An overall great experience after a long day of business!

The maintenance person was very responsive and helpful.

First room - clogged toilet, broken door lock and broken phone.

5th floor hallways extremely warm
Room not cleaned appropriately- pull out couch cushions not replaced, coffee table not back in place. Garbage left on the dining table . Garbage bag pulled from can in bedroom and then left on dresser.
The property was modern and very comfortable.
The housekeeping service continued to take our bath mat and towels and not replace them.
For the 3rd year in a row, we have used this hotel/venue for our 250+ guest event and each year it exceeds expectations. The hospitality/event management is very professional and accommodating ensuring that each detail is perfect. We have been receiving amazing comments from our guests that attended our Veteran event this last weekend. Big kudos to the Hospitality Manager Susan and her team who always go above and beyond. The hotel looks modern, clean and the restaurant is amazing.
Staff is a solid 10. Aaron, Luck, and Darolyn. Were extremely helpful my stay there.
Restaurant food actually had flavor.
