部屋が広くてきれい。
モダンなデザインでカッコ良く機能的。
旧市街から少し離れているが、バス停徒歩3分で市街に向かうバスが頻繁にある。
フニクラ駅やミラマール宮殿にも下り坂で25分ぐらいかかったが歩いて行けた。
住宅街で静か。

Cons:

Es publicidad engañosa. La habitación no corresponde con las fotos. Nos ponía que era habitación con vistas y era un agujero con ventana a patio interior con mosquitos. Creemos que fuimos educados a la hora de explicarle el problema pero la encargada de recepción se apresuró a discutirnos que era cuestión de suerte el que te tocara con vistas, aún diciendolo booking. Después de enseñarle más de una vez que en la reserva ponía con vistas empezó a decirnos que podría ser que en alguien haya cambiado la forma de como aparece en la reserva. Solo tras enseñarle las pruebas, accedió de mala gana a no cobrarnos el desayuno.También nos ponía que tenía tetera y demás y no había nada. El precio de la habitación es abusivo.

Tanto el Hotel como la habitación están bien diseñadas para un alojamiento de trabajo y/o turístico, con mobiliario muy confortable y practico, contando a su vez con un muy buen servicio de desayuno.
