Pros:

Very cosy and probably one of the best in the area. From kind staff, to a wonderful room and a great breakfast. With a picky family about hotels this was above and beyond and everyone was so happy.

Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Le seul bémol était la climatisation - il était très chaud dans la chambre et l’appareil faisait beaucoup de bruit. On devrait éteindre le système.

Pros:

Nice pool areas but the spa wasnt staffed. Overall the staff was rather indifferent. Breakfast isnt served until 8 am, which is fine if you're there as the destination. Carpet was dirty but the AC worked great. Bathroom was tiny.

Good but expected more
Pros:

Visited the hotel during tough time for tourism. It was rather empty with only another family staying there that night. Lovely, clean rooms, warm upon arrival, which was a nice touch on a chilly autumn evening. Although they produce wine, no wine tasting available. Spa doesn't invite when its facilities are all off and switched on only upon request. But we do understand it's not very eco-friendly to have facilities on when there are no guests. Also, restaurant closed outside of breakfast. We're vegan so it was also disappointing that although listed on the breakfast menu, the vegan option was not available. However, we were happy with selection of vegetables and toasts which the team accommodated without a problem. All in all, it just makes you feel a bit out of place when it seems the place is open but in a very limited capacity.

Super nice resort
Pros:

We had to book last minute as our original plan didn’t work out. It was meant to be just a place to sleep and continue but it was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our Balkans road trip. The manicured landscaping, the pool and overall service were great. Might come back just to stay in the hotel for a few relaxing days.
