Great hotel room, super clean, and spacious

Cons:

The parking is ridiculous. we had to pay to park and then they were supposed to give you a ticket for your car to get towed but they didn’t give it to us. at like 1am we had to go down to the lobby to ask for one because we saw people getting towed. Also, the staff just wasn’t the friendliest

The hotel was very professional! pool was dirty and the paying for parking

Cons:

the pool was very dirty and paying for the parking since we was in and out and wasn’t actually leaving the car there parked for days

The carpet was dirty and the room had other issues.
Pros:

The lobby was fine. The gentleman seating guests at the restaurant was polite.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the bathroom hook was broken off. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. I would not stay there again.

Pros:

Great stay. No issues. There was an African American woman at the front desk and she understands great service.
