Yo llego a este hotel por haber perdido un vuelo desde atlanta a Barcelona. Desde el taxi trato de comprar un hotel para pasar la noche y al quedarme sin datos en el medio de la transacción, el pago no se efectúa. Por lo tanto cuando llego al hotel, presento mi documentación y nadie literalmente nadie del establecimiento se dió cuenta de que tenía otra reserva.
Bueno me dan una habitación pagando casi 50 dolares más de lo q la había visto en Booking. Y cuando llego a la habitación me doy cuenta que entró el pago de la reserva. Y estallo en bronca.
Trato de hablar con el personal del hotel y parecía q no tenian ganas de trabajar.
Quise tratar de q una de las reservaciones puedan hacerme la reservación y no pudo.
Espero lograr algo con Booking.
El mismo día, mismo horario dos reservaciones a mí nombre... Tendría q ser un poco raro.
Pido si se me puede reintegrar el dinero de Booking, si es posible.

Close to the airport.
The room was dirty, smelling bad, and the staff (a lady called "Shando") doesn't know how to deal with customers. I've asked for an invoice, and she was extremely rude (and declined to give me this invoice as she said it was Booking.com's responsibility). Stay away from this hotel!
The receptionist made us feel so welcomed ! She was super sweet and very funny she made me feel very at ease I’m not sure what her name was but it was another one that was kinda ehh I don’t know ..
We had to pay $25 a night just to park our vehicle in the parking lot . As we left for an activity the gate broke on us and we had a huge line of cars behind us upset trying to have leave . We sat there for 15 mins . Calling for help and when we came back the gate was left wide open . So paying for $25 parking was useless if anyone could come in and get to our vehicle.
I’m so disappointed with this hotel. My flight canceled after midnight so I booked a room on Expedia for that night. We arrived at the hotel and waited in line 45 minutes to check in to be told my reservation was for the following day and they had no rooms. Expedia tried to get me a refund but they wouldn’t honor it. Terrible customer service!
