How friendly and polite all the staff are, and the hotel being beautiful decorated and relaxing, the rooms very spacious and clean.
Nothing was too much bother to staff, they were always happy to help.
And there is a very good hairdresser's near by, lovely ladies and a gentleman 😀
How far it was to get anywhere with out a car, cost me over $1000 in ubers,
And our coffee machine didn't work, we were there for 11 night so would of been good to get a replacement, did ask on few occasions.
Lobby was clean and spacious, elevator was quick, room was comfortable and clean.
The shower could’ve been more powerful.

The refrigerator in room froze all my food and drinks waste of my money
It is close enough to the airport and offers a good price for longer term parking.
The place is getting run down. Staff did not assist with my luggage on arrival. Carpets seem worn out. Door to room could not be opened fully, since carpet stopped the door. Paint on wall repair did not match rest of wall paint. Loud air conditioning, old style unit.

Young adults hanging out in hallways sitting in the hallway on 5th floor. I had to go 5th floor to get ice. My room was on 4th floor.

They tell you about a $25 parking fee after you arrive. I accidently booked two rooms. Management, director & GM refused to refund one. Shit management lost this hotel a decent amount of business in the future.
The Bartender was amazing, the check in staff wonderful, the shuttle drivers and valet attendants were fantastic, and the rooms beautiful 😀

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever encountered it all started with the amazing customer service that went above and beyond my expectations from the warming welcome to the rapport building to the care concern and appreciation I felt so valued Derrick was truly amazing and sets the bar fo what a hotel specialist should be the. The room was impeccable I’m talking clean m talking spacious and smelled amazing and then the price was unbelievable I’m A Veteran that is now a well known actor and I have just finished filming a new project and needed a day to unwind before I flew back home and this was an amazing choice I would recommend this to any and everyone if you want to close to the airport stay with sonesta if you want that 5 star experience stay with sonesta and if you want to feel like a getaway ask for Derrick and stay with sonesta
