Facilities were clean, bed was comfy but overall the facilities were dated and not up to par.
Cons:

Filled out the pre-arrival registration including photo of ID and credit card for incidentals and had to do it all again upon arrival. Pointless to do pre-arrival registration.

It would be wonderful if you would offer a variety of thickness of your pillows on the beds. I have neck issues and was not able to use any of your pillows, cause they were way too thick.

Great location, reasonable price, and comfortable accommodations.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and polite. They give me a room that suited my 90 year old mother. The bed was very comfortable.

I don't have any complaints.

Cons:

I facility is not well maintained although functioning. No washing machines are functioning therefore cannot do laundry. The tv was not working as we checked in. The place for breakfast is very small. I think it is very overrated as 8.2 which is the main reason I choose this hotel. Kind of disappointed.
