The location, the only hotel on the east side of Minot.
Check in time was slow. The elevator was very slow. the staff did not mention any breakfast.
The breakfast was okay. Hot food was good.
Do some updates and renovations.
I called ahead of time to make sure their pool was going to be open for my kids to swim. Closed at 7pm the first. That was alright but then closed at 2/3pm the next night and wouldn’t open till 9am. Then the manager wouldn’t be available till 6am the next day to get a refund for the night if I was to check out. Which I did check out and went to a different hotel. The ceiling was also leaking above one of the beds. We were on the bottom floor.
The hotel looks nice.
The lack of staff. Long line at check in. Only one person working. She would pause the line and answer the phone while 6 different people were waiting to be checked in. When we finally reached the front of the line…she gave us the wrong room number. We hauled everything to the fourth floor and couldn’t get into the room. We tried three others as we figured she was busy, frustrated and said the wrong number. I finally went back downstairs to the desk and she wasn’t there. I was also charged for Friday night although I canceled it. Overall…I will encourage our DU event to be held elsewhere next year. 1/10 rating.
Large Rooms, comftorable bed
Front desk let me stay longer due to being on night shift and check out at 2:30 pm which was great. Hotel cleaning lady telling me the latest was 1 pm and saying they was no notes. I had to call the front desk. It’s ok but did not want to be bothered and get my rest without cleaning lady walking into the room. Better communication could help. Overall nice place

Good location. Comfortable beds.
The pool was only open until 4pm we arrived at 3:30pm. We chose this hotel because we wanted to go swimming and use the hot tub.
Excellent choices and quality
It was close to where we were staying.
Our TV didn't work; there were boxelder bugs all over in our room and the bartender was the most unprofessional and unfriendly person ever. Her co-worker thought it was funny she scared most of the people away the night before by standing on the bar screaming.
The floor wasn’t very clean around the bottom edge of the beds. A lot of crumbs, etc. There wasn’t a single pool towel in the pool area so had to use one out of the room

Rooms had wrappers all over floor needed a better vacuum
