À chaque fois que je vais à Mascate je prends cet hôtel 🫶
Pros:

Accueil, facilité de communication via la messagerie interne, attention du personnel tant à l’accueil qu’au petit déjeuner. Ma fille et sa copine ont été très satisfaite de leur séjour. La piscine pour femme c’est le must 👌

Room was clean

Cons:

At checkout time was wasted, i asked for an Iron and table and explicitly mentioned that I need it urgently but nobody cared ultimately i lost the window of breakfast and had to checkout. The hotel is next to a train station and all night the trains were honking infinitely leaving the chance to sleep.

Pros:

The room was okay, and comfortable.
Location is very good.

Cons:

- Maintenance response was not good. I asked to change a burnt bulb, but there was no response till next day, when I complained about poor service.
- I asked for a facial tissue box. It took them more than an hour to provide it after a second call.
- I asked for a bar of soap, because I do not like liquid body soap. The response was: (We do not have it).
