Can’t call economy taxi by Otaxi app due to hotel’s some policy. It only shows “luxury” taxi which is more expensive as 10 times of economy taxi. A guy always stand in the lobby to arrange the taxi that is also super expensive as well. Suggest to walk to the next door building to call the taxi again.

We contacted the hotel previous day to let them know that we are coming all the way from Abudhabi and are with 2 kids, would be very tired, they told us check in time is 3pm, we said it’s perfectly fine. However we did not get our room until 6:50pm, when we said that now there’s no point of taking another room as we had early morning flight at 5am, the hotels refused and said we will place to pay full price because we have booked through booking.con, and no refund or compensation, just an apology from hotel that’s all. Never going again. Never.

Cons:

Only thing i did not like is Taxis are exorbitantly expensive , we cannot get normal taxis at the Hotel, I think it is not allowed because of some Govt rule. If we book through the app we get only luxurious taxis which costs 4-5 times the normal taxis fare.

Готель дуже хороший, не найновіший, але акуратний та великий. Номери чисті та просторі, рушники великі. Ліжко зручне і дуже велике.
Дякую привітному персоналу, ми поселились дуже пізно і нам дозволили пізній чекаут. Це нам дуже було потрібно, щоб відновити сили після кількох перельотів.
Сніданки смачні і різноманітні, є вибір.
