alles was top, mooi gelegen aan het strand op loopafstand. mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel, hygiënisch en mooie voorzieningen. goede massage.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage zum Entspannen bei guten Preis Leistungs Verhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage und das gesamte Bild vom Resort. Die Mitarbeiter waren mehr als aufmerksam und Freundlich. Besonderer Dank geht an Amelia und Andrio vom Service, des Weiteren ein großes Lob an Lydia am Empfang die alles möglich gemacht hat was ging.

Cons:

Für das, das das Hotel erst 2019 eröffnet hat, war es schon an einigen Stellen Verbesserungs und erneuerungs würdig. Zum Beispiel der Pool und die Gehwege. Die Lampe über der Bar sollte man nicht mit so einem Material ausstatten sollen. Siehe Bild

The view from lobby, pool.

Cons:

Room was old and not managed, ac was broken, dirtty floor, the bathroom floor was chipped.

The breakfast was not properly managed. The area and tables were dirty, food options was super limited and they didn’t refill the empty food / drinks immediately.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Swiss Belresort. Die Lage ist perfekt, um schnell die schönsten Strände der Insel zu erreichen. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang vom Pool oder der Terasse genossen. Das Frühstück ist gesund und abwechslungsreich und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas.
Das Team der Rezeption kann alles organisieren, von dem Transport , Inselhopping-Touren, Motorbike, etc..

Ein besonderer Dank geht an Andrio, der unseren Aufenthalt zu einem ganz Besonderen gemacht hat und sehr aufmerksam im Service gearbeitet hat.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Cons:

Hier und da könnte das Hotel ein wenig mehr instand gehalten werden.

Resort mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältniss aber einigen Mängeln
Pros:

Es ist visuell recht ansprechend. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten Touren bzw. Extra-Aktivitäten zu buchen die teilweise auch recht preiswert sind. Die Zimmer bieten viel Platz. Man braucht nicht lange zum Strand.

Cons:

Auch wenn es ein Gym gibt ist die AC dort so nutzlos das es besonders tagsüber super heiß wird. Das Frühstück ist gut aber es wird nicht immer nachgereicht. Der Pool ist eher nur zum schauen und für die Kinder. Es ist nicht alles wirklich super sauber. Was man wirklich nicht erwartet: obwohl es sich hier um eine größere Kette handelt, mussten wir einen kaputt gemachten Aschenbecher bezahlen. Habe ich persönlich noch nirgendwo erlebt in einem Resort dieser Art. Das würde man in einem Airbnb oder einem Mini Familiengeführten Hotel erwarten.

Pros:

Location is great (only 45 minutes from the airport) and the bar/resto has great sea views! Also being set far back from the road it's also very quiet and peaceful.

The room was incredibly spacious with lots of storage and very large comfortable bed.
Breakfast was a great selection, however see "what I didn't like" section for further.

Cons:

Breakfast was all cold despite being in food warmers. Omelette and eggs were ready made and also cold despite only taking 1 to 2 mins from fresh, which would dramatically improve customer satisfaction. WiFi was sh*t, horrendously slow. The building also had multiple power outages per day. Food prices well above average for the area and standard of food doesn't warrant the price increase (ordered food first night and it arrived cold).

Beach was full of rubbish and not very inviting. Not sure if this is a private beach or not, so might be unfair to mention here but warrants mentioning all the same.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Besonders gefallen hat uns die hervorragende Lage des Hotels, von der aus man alles gut erreichen kann. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Personal, das immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam war.

Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei der Mitarbeiterin Nina aus dem Restaurant. Sie war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich hervorragend um die Gäste gekümmert.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!
