The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location couldn't have been more convenient.

We chose this hotel because it was only 15 minutes from my best friend's house, and it turned out to be a great choice.
I would rate it around a 3.8–4-star hotel. It's not a luxury 5-star property with all the bells and whistles, but it's a great option for a last-minute trip or a weekend getaway.
The front desk associate, Michele, was pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful. We were greeted with a smile upon arrival, and the customer service was excellent.
Our room was clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities you would expect, including a microwave, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, and a coffee maker. We didn't use the coffee maker because the hotel offers fresh hot coffee and tea 24/7, which was a nice perk.
The bathroom had plenty of hot water. My only complaint was that the shower head was very small, so the shower felt better suited for a child than a full-size adult.
The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We didn't get a chance to try it because we decided to go out for breakfast, but it was nice to have the option.
One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It's within walking distance of Outback Steakhouse, Freddy's, and Cracker Barrel. Across the street you'll find Publix, Panera Bread, Moe's Southwest Grill, First Watch, McDonald's, Macy's, a movie theater, Ross, TJ Maxx, and several other shops and restaurants. A little farther up the road are Texas Roadhouse, Firehouse Subs, Starbucks, and more. It's a great area, and you can easily walk to just about everything if you don't feel like driving.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. Smelly Dog room.

Cons:

The room smelled like wet dog and there was barking in the middle of the night. Front desk was very apologetic and told me it was a pet friendly hotel. Really???? The least the hotel could do is relegate the dog fest and their owners to the first floor only and rest of floors for humans only. Gent at the front desk even confirmed the dog have torn some hotel rooms to pieces. Future stays in any hotel now I must ask if the room smells loke dog. 🤮
