Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful

Cons:

Dogs aren't allowed in the dining area, so I couldn't enjoy the same view as my peers and ate in front of my desk, otherwise it was great!

It was disappointing; expected much more from Double-Tree!
Pros:

Did not do breakfast.

Cons:

There was no exhaust fan in the TINY bathroom. Toilet extremely low and entire seat loose. The shower was poor.

Pretty much stayed in the room which was x m for table and clean.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, chocolate chip cookie upon arrival.

Cons:

Additional handicapped parking spaces. Very low toilets. Some over loud guests. No free breakfast.

Outside pet area was on a hill. The pet trash can didn’t have a trash bag in it and there were no waste bags.

The coffee was very very weak.
The bathroom is small.

Location was decent.

Cons:

I really expected a lot more for $576 for two nights. The hotel is old. Not a whole lot of space by the sink to put things especially when sharing the room with a friend. The indoor pool temp was cold. There was a couple fighting next door our first night there. I know it’s out of the hotel’s control but just didn’t expect all that with the price. No luggage cart to be found when checking out early this morning. Just way overpriced for what it is.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned. Didnt know why?
Also, tried to cancel third night, person at desk upon departure was very quip with reply and said we would have to contact booking.com
It left a bad impression for our stay. Could have thanked us for staying.
