Confirmed and Prepaid Reservation, No Room and No Solution
Pros:

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

As previously communicated to the hotel management, we arrived on 24/06/2026 at approximately 11:20 PM with a confirmed and fully prepaid reservation that had been booked on 10/06/2026. We had even completed the online check-in process and provided our expected arrival time in advance.

Despite this, we were informed upon arrival that no room was available due to overbooking. No satisfactory alternative accommodation was arranged, and we were left to find another hotel ourselves late at night. As a result, we had to book a triple room at the Plaza Hotel in the middle of the night.

What is particularly disappointing is that, despite having formally reported this matter to Moxy, we have still not received any refund, compensation, or meaningful follow-up to date.

A confirmed and prepaid reservation should provide guests with certainty, especially when arriving late at night after a long journey. Being denied accommodation under these circumstances is simply not the level of service one would expect.

We sincerely hope that Moxy will still handle this situation appropriately and provide a fair resolution for what was clearly an unacceptable guest experience.

Bardzo łatwy dojazd z trasy pomimo przebudowy dróg w okolicy. Efektywna klimatyzacja pomimo upałów. Miła obsługa. Dobrze wyciszone pokoje. Chętnie ponownie tam zanocujemy.
