Vị trí trung tâm, thuận tiện di chuyển ra các địa điểm du lịch, nhân viên lịch sự, nhiệt tình, có cả dịch vụ cho thuê xe
Khách sạn chắc được xây lâu nên phòng hơi cũ nhưng mà tiện nghi, nếu có thể tân trạng lại sẽ rất okie
Vị trí rất gần trung tâm, nhân viên rất tận tâm và lịch sự.
Cách âm chưa tốt lắm, phòng khá nhỏ so với giá cả.

mình đã ở 2 đêm tại đây.
khách sạn vị trí tốt nhưng đã khá cũ và nhiều kiến. Sáng sớm tiếng nước chảy rất ồn và cống toilet như muốn trào lên, khá ồn và hơi mùi.
Tủ khá bụi, để balo vào đen cả balo.
Lưu ý là ks đăng trên booking là ko cần thanh toán trước(thanh toán tại quầy). Tuy nhiên là bên ks đã tự gọi trước và email mình đòi mình phải cọc tiền trước khi đến, mình cũng ok nghĩ mình đến thời gian cuối tuần/lễ nên đã cọc trước; mĩnh cũng có hỏi thêm là sau đó mình ký gửi lại hành lý vì chuyến bay đêm, bên ks trả lời nhiệt tình là ok hết cả (dù là mình xác nhận trên zalo, trên đt khi họ gọi kêu cọc, và cả trực tiếp khi mình đến ks nhận phòng). Sau đó khi check out rồi, mình để lại hành lý và đi ăn, đi ăn về thì bị 1 chị (ko rõ là chủ hay quản lý) kêu mình đem hành lý đi vì ko cho để, mặc dù mình đã nói là hỏi rồi, nhưng vẫn bị kêu đem đi, nói mình để lâu, ko để hơn 17g chiều, đủ thứ lý do, nói chung ko cho để. Có thể do mình đã ko thuê thêm giờ ở thêm khi mình bay chuyến tối, vì giá offer cao hơn cả trên booking.
Thuê xe báo là tính theo 1 ngày 24h, lấy xe lúc 17:30 nhưng hôm sau hối trả xe trước 16g.

At the reception I was greeted by the young lady Huyen, a nice and kind lady, she didn't stress me about paying when I arrived, she let me rest, it was as if she read my thoughts. Then she advised me what to visit, helped me with transportation, even called for me. It was as if the whole staff wanted to make my stay more comfortable and pleasant. I also received fruit on the house, a real treat. My room was clean and cool and chic, it had something from the colonial period... I highly recommend it, you feel like you're visiting relatives, not at a hotel! Dalila

Wir hatten den Eindruck, vielleicht zu Unrecht, dass die Bettwäsche nicht sauber ist. Auf Bitten hin wqr es problemlos möchlich, frische Bettwäsche zu erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit Balkon und vielen Blumen drauf. Eine schöne Aussicht und es war sehr ruhig!
