Excellent property to stay. Recommendable to friends and family

Room was decent, breakfast is authentic, staff is very cooperative and excellent hospitality.

Pros:

The staff was helping to load and unload the luggage. They provided water and allowed some additional hours for us too for a fair amount.

Cons:

The hotel was not so clean and the bathroom items also was not complete and the bedsheets also were not so clean. The mattress was also not comfortable and the springs were touchable. No hot water was available though there was a water geyser. The staff has no smile on their face though they were helpful.
