This was a great place to stay before we flew out of Pensacola.
Pros:

The room was so spacious. The bed was comfy and the room had a small kitchenette.

Clean, spacious and convenient location.
Pros:

The Residence Inn Pensacola Airport was clean and convenient to the airport and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The fitness center was clean and adequate. Breakfast was good. There was an airport shuttle available, but it was not at the airport when I arrived in the afternoon so I believe guests need to call for it. When I got there to check in, I learned that the shuttle was not available at the other times that we needed it. So be sure to call to get the hours for shuttle transportation. At the time of this review, a Lyft to the airport was inexpensive.

I have nothing negative to say. The Front office staff was kind, happy, helpful and ready to help.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and always cheerful. They socialized and helped us with resturants recommendations around us. They are simply AMAZING!! I will be returning! Breakfast was great as well. We shall return :)

Very clean and comfortable room. The employees were so friendly it was very refreshing. Free breakfast. Wonderful stay.
Pros:

We checked in late, yet the two young men at the desk were helpful and friendly. The room was so clean and nice. It came with a good breakfast. It was just a stop over for the rest of our drive but we will stay there again.

One of the best!
Pros:

We absolutely place this hotel as one of the best we have stayed in. All of the staff, from the check in desk to the breakfast staff the next morning, all were the best. The rooms immaculate and lots of TV selections. The rooms were so clean and the bed so comfortable. This will be our choice of hotel from now on in Pensacola.

Breakfast was top rate. Lots of selections and delicious. The staff there like family.

Pros:

After a lot of searching, I found this hotel near the airport. Everything I found had bedbugs except this one. We arrived and it was clean and immaculate, and everything was bleached and white. Comfortable bed and you got several streaming channels for free, which was a nice perk. If you’re looking to stay near the airport, this is the one.

Nice Location and Staff
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. This was our second time at this hotel. The location is perfect near stores and 15 minutes to Pensacola beach.

Perfect!
Pros:

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The front office was welcoming. Breakfast was the best ever. The housekeeping staff are perfectionists. We have stayed at this hotel before, what a treat to return. Every employee deserves five stars. They treated us like family.

It was nice overall but would rather be in a quieter room next time.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Need to add bacon to the menu.

Cons:

Being close to the basketball court and a maintenance closet. I could hear that all the time when I was trying to sleep.
