Staff was wonderful and always cheerful. They socialized and helped us with resturants recommendations around us. They are simply AMAZING!! I will be returning! Breakfast was great as well. We shall return :)

After a lot of searching, I found this hotel near the airport. Everything I found had bedbugs except this one. We arrived and it was clean and immaculate, and everything was bleached and white. Comfortable bed and you got several streaming channels for free, which was a nice perk. If you’re looking to stay near the airport, this is the one.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. This was our second time at this hotel. The location is perfect near stores and 15 minutes to Pensacola beach.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The front office was welcoming. Breakfast was the best ever. The housekeeping staff are perfectionists. We have stayed at this hotel before, what a treat to return. Every employee deserves five stars. They treated us like family.

I booked a room at this hotel, and then they canceled the reservation the day of my stay because I had recently changed my card. They only sent me one email late in the day about the cancellation, which I did not get in flight. I showed up to the property at nearly midnight and was told they had no rooms and that I could try a hotel across the street. For this inconvenience, they offered me 5,000 Bonvoy points and didn’t even respond to my follow up emails. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience and the customer service and would advise you to look elsewhere.

Book this hotel! I have all good things to say. From the staff, greeted with a bottle of water and chocolates upon check in- very clean, great spacious room, full kitchen. Breakfast was always delicious. House keeping said good morning everyday and asked if we needed anything. We grilled by the pool, hung out by the fire pit. My son stayed on the basketball court the whole weekend.
They accommodated our late check out due to a basketball game we had to rush to. Overall 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

Very clean and quite

We stayed here for two nights while visiting our daughter’s family who was on Spring Break down by the beach. It was about a 30 minute drive to the beach. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. What I liked most of all is that they cleaned our room without being asked after our first night. We haven’t had that done since COVID. Also, the breakfast was hot and tasty with different featured dishes each day. Nice place to stay and the staff is friendly.

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Christopher in the breakfast area! He went above and beyond to make breakfast truly magical for our granddaughters, ensuring they had everything they needed and more. His kindness, attentiveness, and warm personality made all the difference. We’re so appreciative of his exceptional service—thank you, Christopher, for starting our mornings with joy!

Contracted Security staff was completely unaware of surroundings or activity. They walked around watching their phone, not at all alert or engaged looking for possible security concerns. As a former senior business leader who managed security, this would be a cause for termination, because it puts hotel and guest at risk.
