Hampton by Hilton Paris Clichy

The heater were not operating and when asked we have been told that the heaters have a maintenance issue and waiting for a piece of material which sounds us very strange for such big Hotel chain.
During breakfast the tables were not cleaned properly.
Staff at the reception were helpful for any question we asked help from them.

Super séjour, seul hic aucune connexion wifi ni réseau cellulaire (à peine 3G) et ce, durant 3 jours.

Good property to stay for 3-4 nights. Variety of breakfast.
Nearest metro station is Line 14 Saint Ouen, which is 5 minutes walk a way. Metro Line 8 Mairie de Clichy station is 1.5 kms away.

Property was nice. They were short staffed so at times it was difficult to get service but overall enjoyed my 3 night stay.

It was awful no wifi no working tv. Staff informed and did nothing. Noisy in rooms +++. Walls are like paper. Area is sketchy and a little dangerous for a woman are her own.

They did not change the obviously dirty sheets after our second of three nights.

De locatie was gunstig gelegen, op loopafstand van de metro of bushaltes. Een eigen parkeergarage welke enkel toegankelijk was voor hotelgasten. De toegang tot de parkeergarage wordt gegeven door de receptiemedewerker.
De medewerkers zijn hulpvaardig en vriendelijk.
Ontbijt was prima en ook glutenvrij mogelijk.

At breakfast all tables were full of used dishes and the tables were noch cleaned. Toilet was not very clean, there were hair of others on the toilet. The Name "Hilton" is not in it

El hotel es similar a todos los de cadena, el servicio de desayuno cumplia muy bien para Paris. La habitacion muy reducida en cuanto a espacios para una pareja y el baño incomodo para compartir

Not close to a train station and far from downtown via taxi

1. AC was not working and reception told that they can not do anything about it.

2. Mosquitos in the room.

The property itself was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room decent enough. I’ve stayed in better hilton’s, but not a bad hotel by any means.

However, the staff’s service wasn’t the best. They took a long time to deal with any customers. Furthermore, one of the lifts didn’t work for the first floor customers- we we’re quite bluntly advised that we had to send one of the lifts up to the third floor, then call on another one- but we couldn’t do that as the card didn’t work for the lift at all. It’s really impractical for people with big suitcases, and disabled people. We weren’t advised if this would be fixed or anything.

I’d also add that we had to pay some sort of city tax for our two night stay, that came to about 30 euro. This is fine, but I feel it could have been made much clearer during the booking process.

I liked the short walk to the metro station.

NO AC IN THE ROOMS!!!!This hotel is barely a 2 star hotel. I have stayed in Ibis hotels much better than this. The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms had hair from prior guests that I had to throw away!!!!! The window in my room had big crack!!! VERY NOISE the hotel its right next to a impound lot were you can hear people screaming and yelling all night. I dont know how this hotel its consider a 4 star hotel ?!?!??????!?!
The staff in the lobby were very nice.

Chambre 134 donnant sur periphérique bruyant la nuit.

Good stay. Clean rooms. Solid breakfast. Highly recommend

Property is very clean and a safe environment

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I had an issue they fixed whatever it was with urgency. we enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to the public transportation.
