Cancelling appointment when got walk in customer is normal for this hotel!
Pros:

Nothing because they cancelled my booking even i Confirmed with them!

Cons:

Once I made the booking I called them and confirmed the booking and mentioned them i will be doing late check in. By the time i booked the room it was 11pm. After sometime i received notifications saying that my booking was cancelled. I call the receptionist again he said it will be auto cancel if it is not pay in advance and never check in before 12am. He could have told me by the time he confimed the booking by 11pm buy he didnt! End up sleeping in my car at the roadside because of this stupid hotel.

Nice stay for work travel
Pros:

It's close to USJ 7 lrt station, within walking distance so transportation-wise it's easy to go around

Cons:

The room isn't really soundproof so noises from next door can be a little loud

I think I was being overcharged.
Pros:

It was okay. There’s no Chinese restaurants around.

Cons:

Because I check in two hours earlier, I was being charged 40% more than the rate shown on Booking.com
